Great service fast set up however at night time during peak viewing hours TV freezes. We have main Eir HD plus box & 2 additional multi room boxes. This ruins our tv experience

I have had many dealing with eircom/eir in the past 20 years and some very bad experiences. But this time I was put in contact with Paula Johnson in your sales department and I have to say she was excellent from the start to finish, she was clear precise and exceptionally efficient. I don't know her or never had any other dealings with her, definitely a keeper for Eir. The best ordering experience I have ever had with your company. ????

1 first call out given wrong mobile unable to contact me 2 second call out technican said order was incorrect 3 technican came too late to do outside work line vault 4 technican came on his own and it is a 2 man operation he said,

Have it in 2 months made 10 phone calls very bad internet.will leave when contrack is up.would not refare anyone to air.

I wanted to replace my old, ailing, button phone with a similar one and went to the eir shop in Liffey Valley shopping centre. The helpful attendant said he had none in stock but would have in a few days. When I returned, I got one just as I wanted.

jessica was so helpful and explained things i could under stand gave me the rightplan to suite my needs which was more to what i could afford at E62 a month in my montly bill so greatful to her

I agreed to become a new customer back in late sept. but it emerged a pole needed to be replaced which was to be done in mid Oct. This did not happen and when I made contact I was told it would be late Dec. Still no pole and no contact. I again made contact and was told it could be late Feb. 2017 before pole would be replaced. I cancelled order yesterday. If I had been updated and told that dates would not be met and had been kept informed it would be the least one would expect. Appalling service.

We were told by Eir salesman, Tommy, that we could change from Vodafone without penalty as they had broken their contract by increasing prices. He wanted to know when we had our last bill and said he could organise transfer if it was done within 24 hours as that was the deadline. We took him at his word but now find that we were not able to cancel contract as it was too late and received a bill for 212€. I phoned Eir today and talked to Kevin . It was an experience! He told me to remember Tommy was a salesman and I should bear personal responsibility. When I asked if I should not have listened to the salesman he said he wasn't saying that but I should have checked it myself. This call took place at approx 11.30 today. To say I was flabbergasted would be an understatement. I do hope the call was recorded so as to verify what was said. Needless to say I don't intend to let this matter rest
