I have bought several things on Elan. I have been happy with their service and the things I bought
When one company was a little slow to refund the team at Elan quickly resolved this issue for me.
I will definitely buy things from them again

I don't normally write reviews but because I happened to have a minor panic attack about reviews I read regarding Elan Linen AFTER I had ordered with Elan Linen I was concerned about my purchase. Just wanted to take the time to write that I received my Elan Linen order today and it was exactly what I ordered. Every email I sent was responded to and while the order was a little slow to be dispatched I was kept in the loop. Thanks Elan Linen, best of luck with your new business! Cheers.

This is one of the worst online companies I have dealt with. After 3 weeks of not hearing from them I finally made contact to be told that the item was not in stock. I requested a refund and heard nothing, I then asked twice more and have still had no response. I am currently in a dispute resolution with them via Paypay.

After reading other reviews I was worried about ordering from Elan but thought I should try something cheap to see how they went. I ordered Thusday night and the package arrived Tuesday lunch time. I received my goods right on time. My 3 cushions arrived in good shape. I guess it's what they say... bad experience you tell ten people, good service you tell none. I don't really think that should be the case, but I guess that's how it goes. I'm happy to say nice work Elan.

Just wanted to let you know that the two doona covers l purchased have arrived so promptly (From VIC to country NSW in around 4 days, so faster than a Aussie Post letter!) and delivered to my door by friendly freight people. The doona covers are great and my kids and l are very happy with them. Thanks so much for a prompt service and fantastic range to choose from. I don't normally do online purchases, but am impressed with your products and efficient delivery. I have told friends and family about your website since l have been so happy with both the quality of the doona covers and the quick delivery. Cheers.

I ordered some swaddles for a disabled mum and we needed them within 3 days. I checked almost 5 online stores and all of them apologized but Elanlinen delivered them to me in NSW overnight and free of cost. The online chat was very supportive and a quick way to do something as Stella took my order and ensured that it gets shipped next day. So five stars for you girl and thank you elan. Love KAS and very happy with the quality and service, looks great but giving 4 stars because I was a bit disappointed with the colour, hard to see online as colours can vary due to light etc, I thought the purple was blue and the green was yellow as in all the picture I saw on different websites but nonetheless, still looks great. I ordered the product from online by searching the google. A shipping error occurred when the product was delivered to New Zealand, and I could not find the proper way to deal with. I have contacted the staff with chatting on the website, and she caught what is the problem and how to solve exactly. Although I proceeded the refund due to the reshipping period and the mark which is resent to the sender, Im satisfied with the hospitality by hundred percentages and would like to use the website if I have a chance.

I ordered a quilt set which after three weeks hasn't arrived, I rang and was told it had a defect and they can't get it and could I choose something else, which I did, they didn't have that in stock either. They then said they would send part of my original order and refund the rest. I said no as part is no use to me! Have emailed several times and called but can't get through. I think they are an overseas company not in Australia! Currently have a PayPal dispute open to try and get my money back!!

Purchased a bedspread worth almost $500 and received it within 4 days in perfect condition. The bedspread looked even better than the image online. Totally in love with it and the price was very nominal for the quality of the product. Plus cant complain about the service, received my item within 4 days!. Keep it up Elan

I was looking for Kas graphite king and could not find it anywhere but at Elan linen. Ordered on 12 Sep and received on 16th !! what a speedy delivery & love my favorite linen. Just a suggestion that you should send tracking updates so customers would know when they are likely to receive the goods. I wasn't home at the time of delivery and had to chase Aus post for my parcel, but nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase. Regards, Bec

I ordered a nappy bag which never arrived and not a word from them. When I followed up, I was told sorry out of stock and please choose done thing else. I have now left half a dozen calls and emails but no one is responding. I am going to have to brave it by attending their offices to demand my refund. What a joke. Try the office number. It doesn't even tell you who you are calling, just a message saying the person you are calling is not available. Who are they avoiding???

I have been embroiled in a dispute with this company for over a month after purchasing linen to the value of $300. First they said it wasmt in stock then they tried to offer me inferior alternatives and then finally are refusing to refund me my money. They continue to say tgey will refund but the money is not showing up in my account. I am utterly disgusted and intend to pursuit it further now eith ACCC.

This is my second visit to Elan Linen for Aden and Anais swaddle wrap and baby blankets. I googled and got this brand available at Elan Linen. I purchased Rock Star Classic Swaddle Wrap 4 Pack, sleeping bag and Shine On Classic Dream Blanket. Price was again very good as compare to others. There was bit delay in the order, but customer support member already informed me in a nice way! So happy with their service and product prices!

I should have read the reviews of this company before ordering - the reviews are generally NOT favourable. I have been waiting for my order for a month and just get apologies, excuses and more apologies. I am keeping a trail of their email responses as evidence that the goods have not been delivered. I have contacted my bank to lodge a dispute to get my money back, and will progress this matter further if that is unsuccessful. Stay away from Elan Linen!

Like most other peoples experience.. they advertise everything is "in stock" (totally misleading an deceptive), of course it is not in stock !! LIES LIES LIES followed by more excuses. They claim they have refunded me, I asked for proof - of course they couldn't produce that. The ACCC needs to investigate these scammers

I recently bought muslin wraps online and after a day or two I was advised some were not available and I was given the option of a refund or choose from one of the others they had in stock. I decided to choose the others they had in stock and received them within the time frame. The quality of the product are of excellent quality and the prices are the best around from what I have found online. Very happy with quality and customer service. I will definitely be buying again without a doubt. Keep up with the good work.

I checked first to see if product was in stock before ordering and was assured it was and could be posted to me within a couple of days after order was recieved ( and payed for). It took two weeks to be posted and I was NOT impressed with customer service at all in the interim. No response to a phone message ( no one seems to answer the phone) nor an email requiring information on my purchase till I asked for a refund by email unless my revised deadline was met. I was happy with my purchase when it finally arrived and it was cheaper than other sites for the same product.

Lies, Lies and more lies. They confirmed in writing that they had the product prior to my purchase and they would dispatch and deliver quickly. A week later they confirmed they did not have any and were expecting more within a couple of days. Kept chasing for the next 6 weeks. Nothing but lies. Tried to cancel the order and get a refund, they refused..... Do not trust anything this organisation says, pay more and use someone else.
