My original web order was easy to submit and was processed quickly. The bulbs I ordered arrived quickly. Unfortunately I discovered that I ordered the wrong product by mistake. I contacted customer service to arrange for a return. There was a slight delay before I was provided RMA instructions, but I now understand that this was due to a third party. In the end electricbargainstores did provide the RMA details and I returned the items. I will be reordering the correct bulbs and look forward to working with electricbargainstores again. I do recommend them.

Electric Bargain Store got me exactly what I needed for my 16 year old smoke alarm system. The price was almost 50% less than what it would have cost me at the major home improvement stores. What a deal and delivery was fast. I'll be back.

Ordered 6/26, delivered 7/10; no communication. Ordered exhaust hoods to go with ERV unit from another supplier. Received and installed ERV, ordered another, received and installed it before this order arrived.

I Bought five 120 V smoke detectors to replace my First Alert detectors in my house. The replacement detectors were as advertised and worked perfectly. They were delivered sooner than the delivery deadline. EBS is a great place to Shop!

I was looking for replacement smoke detectors, so I went to EBS and found that the ones I had were no longer available, but thanks to the EBS website they gave me an exact replacement model, I ordered them at a very fair price, installed them and they work just fine. EBS is a good place to do business.

I searched for the item I purchased on Amazon and selected Electric Bargain Store because it said they had free shipping. Once the item was ordered and I was charged for shipping, when I contacted them, Electric Bargain Store said free shipping only applied to purchases over $2000. I feel this is false advertising and they used such a high purchase price on shipping just to be able to draw people in with the "Free Shipping" appeal. Shipping was not an expensive charge, but I feel they were being deceiving. I will not be purchasing from them again unless this is corrected.

I ordered 5 smoke detectors and 1 smoke/CO2 detector. Received the products within a week, via FedEx, and it arrived on a Saturday (I didn't pay extra for that)! Installed detectors and they all worked. Very impressed with EBS. Will do business with them again.

I bought seven Kidde smoke detectors in Feb. 2017 in early May one started to chirp, had to be replace battery. Electric Bargain Stores told me to call Kidde I did and Kidde told me to call Electric Bargain Stores. The Smoke detectors came in a six pack and a single, my guess is the single had been sitting around for an extended time. Price was good and shipping was fast, but old inventory is disappointing.

I cannot give 5 stars because of the only complaint I have is that I had to call them to see where my shipment was. The order confirmation email that I received stated that I would be sent an email when the order was being shipped. That did not happen until after I called.

Otherwise everything else was great.

I ordered this smoke alarm based on the model number however was sent a different model. The description did not say I was getting the “newer” version. The description picture also showed the model I needed. If the model I need is no longer available the picture or description needs to be more clear. Bummed

I usually buy from Amazon most everything that I need that is available on that site. Although the items I purchased were also available there, I needed 7 and given this odd number I would have acquired 6 through one vendor and the 7th from another vendor on the Amazone site. I wanted to be assured all 7 were the same model. Additionally I needed the adapters (linear to pyramid plug) and your website ad information assured me the item I was getting the right items for my needs. I received the order within one week of ordering (I'm in Florida and I think they were shipped from California). I just installed the replacements. Everything went perfectly. Saw the request for a review, and given all is GREAT I thought I would share that with you for other customers to review.

Needed to replace smoke alarm, wired in, ordered one, as i was not told that all of them needed to be replaced, that only one would not work. The 25% restocking fee and the postage to send it back, make it not worth while. This item is useless to us, and a costly mistake, by not having the correct information given. Will not recommend doing business with this company. Go to your local Walmart and purchase the same product and be able to return it for refund!!!!

I ordered eight smoke detectors to replace existing detectors. The new ones were a different model number, but replaced old ones exactly with no problems. Shipping was super fast. Price was the best I've found. Excellent service, would buy from them again.
