Company provided fair pricing and up-to-date equipment for sale what I received was made just in March of this year which impressed me that I was able to get something so new unit works well more than I anticipated would use them again in the future for another purchase

I tried to buy a TV from the Electronic Express Amazon site. They had a Memorial Day sale on a Samsung TV. After I placed the order, a few days later they sent me an e-mail stating there was a pricing mistake on the site and the order has been cancelled. Offering an insignificant amount of credit towards another purchase. To which I respond.. Are you kidding me? How do I know you're going to abide to this price? This is why people are reluctant to buy things online. Because if this happens at a department store, the store would have to honor their prior price as seen by the customer on the floor.

I have a complaint about an employee (I think he was the store manager-Mohamed?).

I purchased a Frigidaire microwave oven at the Electronic Express store on Nolensville Road on 2/21/11.

It was the last one they had and I drove across town from another EE store to get this product (after viewing it on your web site).

This same employee helped me when I bought this microwave, he was pleasant at that time and even dusted off the product and checked inside to see if the paperwork was inside the device and it was.

I got it home, and unwrapped it (had plastic around it) and found it was dented on the right rear of the microwave. I never plugged it in or used it.

I travel for a living and did not return it until today 02/28/11 (7 days from purchase).

He would not give me a credit for this damaged microwave, he said he could only give me store credit since it was past 7 days.

Well first of all I did read the store receipt because I have never returned an purchased appliance. I do not expect to have to return it, when I go to a national electronics chain.

Two points I want to make:

1. It was not past 7 days, today is the 7th day from purchase.

I wish I had looked at the receipt in the store when he said it was past seven days, because now I see the purchase date of 02/21/11 and today is 02/28/11 and that is 7 days I believe?

2. He was rude and short with me. He did not provide me with any customer service and his
attitude offended me.

I left the damaged microwave in the store and took my receipt.

I want full credit to my credit card since I believe I did meet your return policy (even though it was just by luck since I did not know what the return policy was).

I was really offended by his attitude towards me and he cannot count, it was not past 7 days and even if it was, he sold me a damaged microwave.

Please contact me via email or phone (615-957-4072). I left a voice message on your customer service voice line.

Let me know if you need anymore information and I will be happy to give it to you.

P.S This is my third attempt to email you, the web site address on your Contact us link does not work?

I ordered a digital photo frame for Christmas this past year. A day later I received an email from them saying the item was out of stock and they could no longer get it and thus had canceled the order. Not a terrible experience, but not a good one. If an online retailer can't keep its website current with their inventory, what else can't they do?

I have purchased 8 appliances from Electronic Express in the last 3 years. I purchased a dishwasher on 9-29-18. They pushed to sell a add on contract to deliver and install the dishwasher. There was no verbal or written restrictions on the install contract. On the delivery date of 10-3-18 they refused to install because the water shut off valve was located under the house. The delivery truck knocked two 6 inch limbs out of a tree when leaving. They refused to refund my money unless I drove the 100 miles round trip back to the store. They never offered to reimburse for damages to the tree. I suggest you spend your money with a company that provides quality service to their returning custo

We bought a gaming PC the week before Christmas at the Hixson, TN store, it was the last one in Stock, so we got the floor model. It was from Santa, so Christmas morning came and time to set-up the computer and it was locked! Because it was a floor model it had a password on it. I tried forever with no luck, with my child on the brink of tears. It's Christmas Day? I was stuck. I remembered the salesman Vernon Moore (I believe that's the last name). I got to checking Facebook and he had linked his page to the electronic Express page, so I was able to find him, but I still didn't know if I could get in contact with him, after all it's Christmas! I sent him a pm, and sure enough he called me back in just a few, and was apologizing to me! I called him on Christmas and he's apologizing for not thinking about the password on the computer!!!!! Not many people would have helped a desperate mom out on their day off, little on Christmas! Hats off to Vernon and Electronic Express for going above and beyond to make a little boy and his mom's day!!!!! Electronic Express will be my go to store, they care about their customers, not just the sale!

I ordered a projector on January 26th 2010. I did not receive shipping/tracking information within a week after my purchase so I called. It turns out the only projector the company had was opened and they weren’t sure what was wrong with it. I was told that the sales team would contact Sony to possibly find a new one if Sony still had any (the product was discontinued). I was told that I would be contacted within the week (2 weeks ago) about the order. I did not hear back. I called again the following Monday (last Monday). The sales person I spoke with said a new one had been ordered from Sony (scheduled to arrive to your warehouse last Wednesday) and that it would be then shipped to me via 2-day air. I did not receive anything. I called again today and the sales person I spoke to said there were no notes about my order and that nothing was ordered from Sony and that the only thing they could do was sell me the used one for $30 off or cancel the order. This person refused to believe me or display any apology on behalf of the company. They were rude and not helpful.

On March 17 I placed an order through Amazon that was filled by Electronic Express. Based on some of the the reviews posted on store ratings, I was reluctant to buy, but decided to take a chance. On March 19 I received my FedEx tracking number and the order was delivered on March 23. The order was well packaged and I was pleased with the communication and handling of the order.

It has been over 3 weeks and I have not received my tv. When calling customer service for electronic express, they blame the shipping company. The shipping company each week says it will be delivered the following week. How long does it take to receive a tv ?. Someone from China could of walked it.
When chatting with someone from shipping carrier. They state product is already in your area and someone will call you within 24 hrs. No one is calling. I’m calling everyday to find out.

I ordered a brother printer to replace the one I had from 7 years ago, it was just time. I was a bit nervous not familiar with the company, but their reviews were good and they beat out the prices of all the other retailers. Today it arrived - less than 1 day when I placed the order online. Took me not even 20 minutes to completely set it up and it is exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and the fact that they had the quality product I wanted at a price that was so competitive no one else matched it.

The third party retailer that I have purchased from was unable to help me with this situation. I purchased this Westinghouse frame and used it happily for 3-4 weeks. Upon the 3rd or 4th week, the item became unable to access any form of a picture from an SD card. I tried numerous techniques but was unable to fix the problem and realized it may be a hardware issue. I asked for a return authorization from Electronic Express, they gladly accepted and I shipped the item back. We had not kept the original manual or boxes so it was shipped with bubble wrap surrounding the item and the power cord. I just received an email from Electronic Express stating the item was severely damaged and they would only refund me 45% of the original item. I then asked for pictures of the item knowing that (a) the item was in perfect physical condition upon shipment (b) packaged with bubble wrap surrounding the big box. The pictures they sent were blurry and the frame had
been removed. I spoke with the manager and they were completely unforgiving and accused me of damaging the item. I'm furious with this entire transaction. Nothing is worse than dealing with a company that is not willing to stand by their product. Also, I find that the pictures appear to have tampered with the item. In one picture, the item is in tact, the other picture, the frame is removed. I wouldn't put fraud past this company. Just a warning. I'd rather spend 10 dollars more and buy from someone reputable.

I ordered this product via Amazon on December 5th and immediately received a confirmation of the order from Amazon. After receiving the order confirmation I emailed Electronic Express (the supplier) on Monday December 5th to confirm an estimated ship date. Since I didn’t receive an email response, I called Electronic Express @ 1-888-257-7500 on Wednesday, December 7th to check on the order, I was advised that my order would ship on Monday, December 12th. When I didn’t receive an email confirmation regarding shipping on Monday, December 12th I called Electronic Express back to ask if the tablet had shipped. I was advised that the tablet did ship and that an email confirming the tracking information would be sent to me within 24-48 hours by FedEx. I never did receive a tracking information so I called Electronic Express back on Wednesday, December 14th to see where the tablet was and the customer service representative said “It was shipped out yesterday (Tuesday, December 13th), you will get that tracking information tomorrow because FexEx was closed by the time we turned the tablet over to shipping. By Friday December 16th I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation so I call Electronic Express back and this time was advised that my tablet was on backorder. Naturally I’m livid, one because it’s my son’s Christmas gift, and second because I’ve been advised on three separate occasions that the tablet was going to be shipped, or in fact had shipped. I asked to speak to the manager, who had very broken English, and he said “well the tablets are on back order”. I explained to him that I had been told that the tablet shipped, or was in transit, THREE SEPARATE TIMES, and to date I had never received an email about the status of this order . He said that they’re supposed to get more tablets in over the weekend so it will probably ship on Monday, December 19th and he’ll send an email saying that they’re on back order. Seriously?!?

My recommendation is to find a new supplier, Electronic Express either doesn’t know their inventory levels and simply takes orders and makes promises when they don’t have the product. Either way this has been a miserable experience and it looks like my son will not have a tablet for Christmas. Oh and just this evening, December 16th, I did receive an email stating that this tablet is on backorder, gee thanks Electronic Express.

Posted on many blogs and Amazon in hopes of saving someone else the difficulty I've had with you. If I were Amazon I wouldn't use this vendor, poor service and accountability.

EXTREMELY dissatisfied...placed/paid for order(Christmas (Xmas) gift) with guarenteed delivery prior to Xmas. Recieved delivery of cheaper/inferior product the day before Xmas. Called Electronic Express (EE) Customer Service (CS) and was instructed to ship it back for replacement with correct product. FedEx failed to pickup return package after 3 days. Brought package to FedEx store and was told that I would have to pay to have it shipped back, as EE FedEx shipping # was no good. Called EE CS again and was instucted again to leave it out for FedEx pickup again...this time FedEx did pick it up. I tracked the package back to EE 4 days later. Call EE CS back to get status of my original order and was told that it would be shipped tomorrow...this went on every other day for over 2 weeks and still no product! Finally I was told that the product that was in stock when I orginally ordered it was no longer in stock...after determining that EE had no suitable replace product in stock, I was told that I would be FULLY refunded. After calling EE CS every other day for another week, the price of the product was finally refunded but NOT the shipping charge. After calling EE CS every day for 4 more days I FINALLY got the shipping charge refunded.

I ordered this for a nephew's b-day which is on the 15th.Well it started out really good, they had a problem with my billing address and shipping address being different. I called Tuesday afternoon and cleared that up. Didn't hear anything from them til i sent a email thursday morning and it said that they were pulling off the shelf and shipping it. Didn't get a email saying it shipped so I sent another email friday afternoon saying why I ordered it and his party was monday afternoon, it was my gift for him ect. Got a email saturday afternoon saying it shipped and tracking #. Won't show up on time and I won't order anything from them again. When I ordered it the main reason I ordered from them was it said ship's with in 24 to 48hrs 4 days later it finally shipped. If your in a hurry for something don't order from here its slow and you have to contact them for any info.

I bought the MCDX50I for 39.80, It was on "closeout" so it was a great price. Unfortunatley With no notice, after 2 days they canceled and refunded my order, saying it was out of stock, yet it is still listed on their site.

I bought a TV from Electronic Express 11-25-2018 Delivery date was to be on or before 12-6-2018. At present 12-11-2018 my order is sitting in Sacramento, Ca. and will not bedelivered to me until 12-14-2018. The purchase was handled through Amazon.com I have contacted Amazon, Electronic Express and the Carrier SEKO Logistics. The last answer from them (SEKO) was we don't deliver to your area until Friday, so now my package will be 8 days later than the orignal delivery date. After this experince I will not do business with Electronic Express.

I inadvertently ordered an ipad from them on Walmart.com's website on 12/21/15 because the website stated my item would ship 2-day shipping for free, in time for Christmas, and arrive on 12/23/15. When I received the notice it had shipped and I checked my tracking information, I discovered they shipped my item standard ground service and the expected delivery date was well after Christmas.I then tried to get in touch with them and was on hold on the phone for more than 45 minutes when I finally had to hang up. I tried emailing them several times, but no response was received. I then ordered my item from amazon on the 23rd and received from them the next day. I never received Electronic EXpress' ipad because I called FEDEX on the 26th and asked them to return it before delivery, that they had shipped it ground in error. FEDEX sent it back to them. They received their unopened package and proceeded to charge my credit card 24.90 for a restocking fee. I tried sending their customer service several emails to resolve the issue, but they don't respond.
I emailed Walmart and they responded in about a day. I am upset that Walmart even has sellers like this selling stuff on their website. It is very difficult for customers to figure out who they are actually buying from. They caused me to pay amazon for 1 day shipping service in order to get my item in time, and then they charge me a restocking fee? I filed with the BBB and to date have not heard from Electronic Express yet. This experience has made me upset and sick to my stomach, made me a nervous wreck. I go out of my way to only order from reputable businesses, I will not let this happen with these people again. Amazon saved my holiday, but I had to pay for that.

I drove 60+ miles to EE in Decatur Al to purchase an LG 39 inch TV that was marked down from $499.00 to $299.00. The only one they had left was the display model which was scratched. Not wanting a used looking TV, I left only to change my mind, returned to the store, hunted the sales associate for 10 minutes and told him I would buy it anyway. (it was a bargain). He went to see if he could find the box for it and returned a few minutes later and stated that the district manager named Wes, told him not to sell it to me because he wanted it to take back to his boss. Really!?! Needless to say I will not be back to purchase anything!

I ordered the blue yeti mic with headphone combo from them, it was on sale, after I placed the order, I waited for 1 day and called them, they confirmed it's in stock and they will ship it out that day, then after 1 day I received the email saying the item is out of stock. Then I went back to their website and people can still purchase those, I emailed them and ask them if they dont have the item in stock why still list the item in their store, they just ignore me.

Dont trust this store and stop wasting your time with them.
