I had the most amazing experience in Bali in October for the week. It was a great mixture of fun activities, partying, amazing food meeting some great people and of course exercise. I absolutely loved the mixture of things we did. I have never been on a holiday quite like this and I would honestly do this yearly Iam already planning to go to the Maldives. If you want an amazing holiday with great views and activities and to meet some great people along the way this is the holiday for you.

I went on the Thai July escape and had one of the best weeks of my life! Best combination of travel, social, training, nightlife and relaxation! The crew did an amazing job at organising everything, food was absolutely amazing, and all the fun activities we included really made the trip.
Recommend to anyone who wants a different style of holiday where you train, eat, relax and have a whole heap of fun with new friends!

As wife and a mum of two young boys 2 & 5 and working full time as a special needs teacher, my “me time” cup was pretty much bone dry. I was putting all my energy and time into both my kids and my job and as a result I was starting to loose control of my fitness and my health and to a degree my sanity. I had always dreamed of attending a health and fitness retreat but my hesitations came down to $$ and fitness levels which at this point were all limited. So I did what all research savvy people do I went to google.. I came across so many different retreats on offer they were either extreme, super expensive or both. I remember seeing Elevate Fitness Escapes come across my Instagram so thought I would have a look. It ticked all the boxes price was perfect, agenda looked doable and it still allowed for fun, adventure and relaxation. So I bit the bullet and booked and made use of their payment plan system which was ideal as I could pay it off over time. My major concern was travelling solo as I’d never travelled alone before. However my mind was put at ease as soon as I landed I was met by their driver who took me straight to the resort where I was met by the team and made to feel at home. The week that followed was beyond my expectations training was tough but in a good way and you were always supported and encouraged to do your best.. The one thing that Elevate Fitness escapes has perfected is the balance between relaxation and hard work. I trained harder then I had in years but I also relaxed more then I had in years which meant I came home with the perfect balance. I conquered fears and learnt so much about myself and I honestly feel I came home a better wife, mother and person because of it. I can’t wait to head back and I would love to take my husband on the next one. It is a great way to see a new place and make some great friends along the way.
