Incredible service- So professional. Amazing support and guidance. I was very impressed with the people I met. No way you’d have this success on dating apps. I strongly recommend Trudy and Elite Introductions. They now guarantee matches which no one else does.

After trying various other options, I came across Elite as a Google search result for tailored executive matchmaking services. Looking through their website, there were testimonials and AFR article extracts that seem to validate their credentials and prompted me to sign up.
Elite invests a lot of time and efforts in understanding you as a person by way of face to face interview and storing all necessary information in their database. For every date, I get a call from Trudy with a comprehensive description of the person and then there is a follow up discussions to work through the next steps.
I started this process early last year and then came across a very busy patch at work so put it on 'hold'. I have just recommenced with a fresh start this year. Fingers crossed!

I joined in January of 2018. At my first and only meeting with [name removed] I was pretty much told that it would be easy for her to match me with someone. At first I had regular contact with her but after the first 3 months I had to chase. She was very difficult to get hold of and did not always return calls or emails. I had 2 face to face matches and 2 phone matches. None of them met my criteria in any way. I was very disappointed. I asked for a refund however she dodged the question and gave me my final match who clearly was involved with someone else and not interested. After being advised my membership had expired, I was told that I would be considered for future matches however have heard absolutely nothing and do not expect to hear anything. I feel very misled. I would like to go to Fair Trading however am not sure how strong my case would be. Just very disappointed with something that was promoted as being easy and reliable.

A few years ago, at the Ivy Sydney, Trudy was part of a function where she gave an impressive speech about what she does, what motivates her and how she helps matching likeminded professionals. At the time I was in a relationship and didn't require any assistance. After my relationship ended I joined dating apps and was disappointed to find out the people on the apps are not who you think they are plus they are not on the same page as you. I remembered Trudy's speech and reached out. From a perspective of a female who just turned 30, I must say everything has been nothing but excellent.
If you are unsure about this service, I can ensure you Trudy is a true professional. I met with [personal name removed] in Melbourne; she talked the talk and had me thoroughly excited. I paid the $5000 to meet my match, and the ONLY match I was introduced to in 12mnths, was a complete mismatch. I never heard from my Melbourne contact for Elite again, in fact no one at Elite ever initiated any further contact. I requested a refund and am still battling to get my money back. They are a disgrace, preying on lonely people.

I wish there were honest reviews when I was researching this company, could have saved me the heartache and $5k.

Once money paid no more contact, no "continued service" as mentioned on website. Matches are not matches at all, just another poor soul that has trusted them.

I joined Elite Introductions for the first time two years ago. I was hesitant that the calibre of people I was looking for were actually out there but I was really impressed with my first date. It didn't go any further but my confidence was definitely boosted. The second man I met through Elite became a one year relationship which Trudy guided me with. After another year break and some unimpressive app dates, I knew who to call once I was really ready to try again. Amazingly, Trudy came through once more. Jake is amazing and we are both really excited as to where this is leading. I hope Jake means I never again need to call Trudy to find someone but for any executive ready for a life partner, I would look nowhere else!

I have only recently engaged Elite and Trudy set up a fantastic first date for me - in fact, the best first date I have ever enjoyed. I concur with the other posts on here that there is a good first date and then everything disappears thereafter. The agency owner keeps selling their service on the same stories she's been telling for years (heard about the couple who met and spent the weekend together in the snow - same story I read in a magazine article on The agency dated three years earlier).

I was told constantly that they had someone in mind for me, and that they had contacted someone and we're just waiting to hear etc etc. Months and months and months... Nothing.

It's a massive con. There's no follow up and very little serious effort to match people. Their promotional approach is based on myth making. A waste of money. Spare yourself the time and money this costs.

I joined Elite after relocating here from the US. While I was going on dates, I wasn't finding "appropriate" people. As a busy professional, I chose not to spend my time swiping endlessly.
Elite held an hour long face-to-face interview and got to know ME. The matches have been much more my kind of executive individuals with many things in common. There are unique aspects to Elite including helpful emails with Date Suggestions, Communication Etiquette, etc. There is also Date Feedback so there is a tracking of how things went, plus/minus data so that future matches can be fine tuned. Admittedly, Elite is not the cheapest game in town and it doesn't try to be, which probably helps elevate the quality of individuals. I think the level of personalized service, organization and client caliber provides good value for money. The staff has always been exceedingly responsive, friendly and happy to answer questions.
While I haven't found my perfect match quite yet, I'm confident in the process. I'm excited about my love life again!

I dealt with Elite a few years ago but am still feeling bitter about the experience - I would prefer to give them a rating of zero out of ten rather than one but the scale, unfortunately, doesn't allow this. I forked out $2000 for a partial membership and was sent one contact, who was a poorer match than most RSVP computer generated matches, and that was it. It was a really horrible experience and I certainly don't recommend this service to others.

I moved to Sydney into my 20s, and since then had a string of busy executive jobs. As I started focussing on the relationships into my 30s, I found most friends married and online apps being the main option. This can feel like a second job, with time spent on swiping, dates being cancelled, and bad matches. Trudy is great at setting up introductions with high quality potential partners who I would not have likely met in real life. There are no guarantees of a spark, but at the very least every date will be memorable with much in common!

This is written from the perspective of a female in her early 30s. It is a review of the service between Oct 2016 and July 2017.

I was signed promptly and the service was friendly and polite at the first meeting. I did not hear about a match for two weeks and chased them up. About 5 weeks after signing I received my first match. Not exactly my criteria (not university educated) but I was happy to give it a go. The date did not eventuate on his part.

A second match was received two weeks later although a date did not happen for a few weeks. He took one look at me and decided he did not like me.

Then I heard nothing for 6 months. After the second match I chased the matchmaker politely for a third match. I emailed her probably about fortnightly, generally got prompt responses back (except two went unanswered) half the responses indicated she was working on something. Then I started to give up and only emailed around monthly.

Out of the blue I received a third match in July 2017. However when I went to meet him, I find he does not match my hard criteria (was of a particular religious background). A 4th match was offered two weeks after this, he was 40 (technically over 40 by a few months) although did not meet my soft criteria (had a particular interest I did not like). I agreed to meet him anyway.

During the time I heard nothing, I was strongly tempted to take the service to Fair Trading. Whilst I still have my moments where I would still like to do so, I'm not sure I have as strong a case.

My experience is that men in the 30-40 bracket who use matchmaking services over other dating services are more idealistic. All four matches decided at a first meeting I did not meet their criteria without giving it more of a chance, which is disappointing.

It's really tricky dating as a woman in your 30s. The men know too that biological factors come into play. If you are a professional it's harder to meet somebody who is your equal on the whole. I found A Table For Six a good way to meet random (non matchmade) people who are likely to be at your level, and a lot cheaper too ($500 vs $5000).

At the end of the day, women will be willing to pay, just for the off chance of meeting somebody. Even if it's $5000 just for the opportunity of one date.

I would like to see Elite market better to the male market. I'm sure at the moment esp in the 30-40 age bracket, their income is mainly derived from women who aren't getting their money's worth.

We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers. We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos. This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase. This business has a Youtube channel, which means they upload videos related to their business for their customers to see. Youtube is a great platform to engage audience and show what happens behind the scenes.
