Bad customer services.I ordered a pair of shoes and after 14 days got reply that item was out of stock.In these hard times of lock down situation I think companies are liable to give best customer services and prompt response regarding any queries.

I received my items 2 pairs of Nike trainers very promptly however I was disappointed to find another person’s information in the box with my trainers, a pair that she returned to you & she had noted that the trainers were faulty & poor quality but you still sent them out to another customer. I sent you an email to bring this to your attention but I did not get a reply. I would like to know that my personal information is not sent out to other customers & that I would be getting good quality non faulty products. Please be careful with your customers information

I returned an item, it was straight forward and the refund was issued within one week. I would definitely buy from Elverys online again. Very good experience, well done Elverys

i made an online purchase, 5 hurls for the kids...miss judged the sizes all way too small. once the store opened i brought them back in and exchanged them for larger...very helpful staff both online and in store!

Generally good but asics runner has to be returned as it cut my heel., i also bought an asics gel zone 6 runner from a competitor at much better value

I ordered 2 items , 1 of which was delivered and the other cancelled by Elverys and I got a mail saying I cancelled it . I since ordered off another site and received the item so from that experience I will be ordering of other sites in the future.

I ordered asics runners online on the 28th of May. They were in stock at the time of purchase and I had paid for the runners. On the 3rd of June, I received an email to say that my order has been cancelled out of the blue. There was no reason for this given in the email which I was not happy about. I emailed Elverys to ask why this had happened and they said my item was out of stock. It was not out of stock at the time of purchase online. I was left very disappointed. There should have been an explanation with the cancellation email in the first place.

I ordered 3 hurling grips and they sent me ones I did not order. Very disappointing as they were for my younger brother. I proceeded to send them an email highlighting the mistake but they never replied to me.

Your service was good however the product that I paid 380 euro was a disgrace , I also got onto customer service, which came back to me b quick on my first question but I sent back another mail it is now over a week and still no reply. V disappointed
