Saw a 2 cars on their site and visited yesterday Noel met us at the door and was extremely helpful took us to the cars we had seen online he then took us through the process without any pressure. Took it on a quick road test, we loved the car so purchased it. George then guided us through the purchase. Finally a young lady walked us through the car controls and handed all the paperwork over. With the admin fee we drove away fully taxed and insured all the staff were fantastic and very efficient and friendly This is the first car I've bought from the Car People & it won’t be the last! Absolutely fantastic customer service, I thought nothing was going to be possible but Nathan gave me confidence and ensured that he kept me updated throughout, I then went to collect the car - after an hour I was sorted with a new BMW. I was happy, the staff were very engaging and supportive - I would recommend to anyone!

I genuinely did not think that selling a used vehicle to a motor trader could be so straightforward. From his first contact, through to completion of the sale of my vehicle, Dave has been true to his word, showing honesty and professionalism of the very highest standards. Dave appears to have developed a buying process that is straightforward to follow and delivers the results discussed and agreed by both parties. The established names in vehicle buying are light years behind in terms of value, simplicity and customer service. I was dealing with Noel over the phone for a couple of weeks regarding a car I found online. Even though we hadn’t met, he couldn’t do enough for me and went above and beyond to get me the best deal and arrange my finance etc. He was honest, straight talking and never pushy, which you need from a car dealer but don’t always get. You won’t go far wrong using this place!
