Emperor Champagne

I do not like straight Chardonnay champagne, any Blanc de Blanc champagne as a matter of fact. I find it harsh on the palette, too much Chardonnay bouquet and taste for me. My personal preference is only for champagne with the combination of the three champagne grapes.

I have not tried the champagne. This was purchased for a friend in Australia who was enjoying a Birthday which I could not participate. I am assured the bottle was nicely presented, delivered on time and has now been well enjoyed.

I don’t think the delivery people read the instructions . Pretty sure my instructions are ‘Please leave in courtyard under an awning ‘
They leave it at the front door - & that’s NOT where I want it . In fact sometimes they don’t leave it at all & take it to their depot here .... & that doesn’t suit me either .

Just flawless service. The champagne was dispatched within hours. And, of course, the champagne itself was amazing. A wonderfully curated selection of champagnes. I always buy my champagne through Emperor Champagne!

Unfortunately the product we ordered turned out to not be available and the inventory notification only informed them a few days after the order. That said, customer service was very responsive and helpful and arranged for a prompt refund. Very satisfied with the service, even if we weren’t able to get the product ordered.

Excellent product and service from Emperor. Auspost unable to deliver so left for pick up at local post office which was worrying because gift was a $400 bottle of Champagne, but all worked out well. Good communication from Emperor.

Emperor's delivery service always amazes me. When Melbourne was in lockdown they still managed to delivery bottles to me in Sydney the next day. But their success is their customer service. A while ago I asked in passing if they had bottles for something that was sold out everywhere in Australia. When very limited stock became available, Kyla personally contacted me so I wouldn't miss out. The reliability and the personal touch will keep me returning
