Plenty of details...a good read. However, I found the lesson about property management far too long and focused on large complexes...which most of us don't do.

All in all, I'd recommend it to my fellow agents.

Good format. Easy to connect. Easy to get in and out of the reading materials and tests. Good value.
But, many of the courses were overly detailed, and some of the discussion was awfully deep for a real estate professional.
Even with 25 years of experience, I have been taught that detailed tax questions and detailed legal issues are best left to professionals in those fields.
Even specific building code regulations and discussions about types of bankruptcies, while interesting, seem like they went too far.
Details on which bill said what in such matters as Civil Rights, Foreclosure regulations and specific building codes, while interesting, should not have been included in the tests (in my opinion).

The way the questions were written was a little confusing. The program was dated and not very user friendly. It would have been helpful to have study or prep tests and also video training included but overall it worked for me since I only needed a few specific courses in order to complete all of my 45 hours so I was able to purchase just the ones I needed.

Best class ever. Set at your own pace. Gives you a chance to finish before 4 hours on the dot. I'm a fast reader so this helped. And so affordable for the price! Every other elective is twice as much and it's thesame thing with not as much detail and no annoying 100 question long tests.

No response from staff to questions/comments I submitted AFTER each course was finished- apparently no one bothers to read them-

The final 4 hour course "DIGITAL MARKETING" [ required by the state] was
very disappointing.

I actually really liked the lady narrator she had made the coarse a bit more enjoyable great personality !

I enjoyed the classes just wish the health home course had talked about radon and the effects on the home and occupants also how the mediation process works

Good course packed with a good deal of information. I felt that it may not have fully explored difficulties with housing discrimination against minorities, and would have perhaps liked to have seen a few case studies exploring this issue.

Great online continuing education experience for a real estate broker. Comprehensive and engaging. Loved the audio summary after each chapter for review, prior to the short exam that was given before moving on. I would highly recommend this company.

My first time taking classes with Empire. I found the classes to be presented well and a good learning experience. In fact, overall good experience, easy to navigate from start to finish!
