If i could give this company ten stars then i would,but i can only give them five out of five.Every thing that was advertised was as it said.Great after service also.Recommend them highly.The ebox Q box for me is brilliant.Real value for money.Many thanks.

have been a customer for over 2yrs now .Ihave the fantastic T8*V box and recently updated the operating system from android6 to android7 the help and patience I received from the online team during this process was absolutely top class.Particularly from Sean. top markd all round.

I have buy four of the t8v receivers and also have two of my friends buy as well when I have a problem with one of the box nick help me true it all even with the warranty finish he still send me an replacement that is 5 stars service for me these guys and the service they give is great would recommend to anyone great product and great service.

Do not buy anything from entertainment

I bought 4K R99 before this summer from entertainmentbox the device supposed to be top of of the range and powerful device.
From day one I have wifi problem with it.
I used the box upstairs in bedroom and I blame the house walls for receiving poor wifi signal till I decided to try my old device T8-AML-V3 S. same room same spot wifi signal 29-42 MB I tried my girlfriend device H96 Pro Wifi signal 45-60 MB everytime

With 4K R99 WiFi signal 2.38-7 MB if I am lucky
They have changed the device with reconditioned one nothing has changed result with replacement device same too when I Emailed them I got the blame that problem is on my end because they have tested the device.
They do not refund money at all. I even ask them to replace with cheaper version of android device still No resulation. They have washed their hand by blaming me.

Superb staff I had an accident with my remote control and they offered to send me a new one so great customer services .

I've dealt with the team on a few occasions and these lads know their stuff , I would recommend any new buyer of android boxes to start with a look in here first, Second to none,,,,,HG

First of all my name and the second part of my address was excluded from the package on the order they sent me, only for my name was on the contact part of the parcel I would never have been found!!! Ridiculous! Led to my parcel being delayed for two weeks.

The box I ordered didn't even work, screen went pink and wouldn't respond to the remote, multiple errors, trying to initiate a return was a pain, sent numerous emails with no response. I was expecting a good box but it looked quite cheap even though it cost me €130.

Email response is non-existent, they reply when it suits them, and when they do it's in a very lackluster unprofessional manner. I had to communicate via messenger on facebook, they said my emails were going to spam, but whenever I first messaged asking a simple question about a potential purchase I got a quick email response, its when I had problems with my order that I had no response, hmm very convenient...

They didn't want to pay me postage costs for the original postage nor the return postage, which is required by EU law if they return is faulty. I argued with them about this and they eventually gave in and said they would pay for over £3 for return postage.

Their website at the time of purchase said that for returns 'you must have a RMA number' however, support said to me that I didn't need an RMA number. Also my package had a return address stamped on it, this address was also on their website I asked them on messenger was this the correct address, they said no it wasn't and they told me to use a different return address. Laughable!

Finally, I sent my return but after sending it I immediately regretted not paying the extra €10 to register it for a signature delivery. I just knew I would never hear about the box again, and low and behold one month later Entertainment box said they never received my box back. I spent €140 with them and had the worst customer experience I ever had.
Never again, stay clear.

Update 22 Sept
My parcel came back return to sender, Entertainment Box never bothered to pick it up at the returns PO Box, so I emailed them asking about why it wasn't picked up, which they just replied ‘Thank you for your response, Please send it to the same address’. Without explaining why they didn't bother collecting it. When I asked again the next reply I got was a sarcastic ‘Thank you for your response’
I opened a case with Paypal and I finally got my money back thanks to them deciding in my favor, not before E Box tried to play one last trick by sending a private email to me.
“Thank you for your response.
Hello there nick.
YOU AVE GONE OVER
THE 30-DAY”

I dont know who or what a Nick is? But that goes to show you what sort of crowd you are dealing with and the disposition they possess. Avoid.

Brought the r99v2 box quality bit of kit shame about customer service i had to send the first one back due to faulty ethernet port they said they would replace well sent it back and when i got it back same so they obviously sent sent the same one back i do not need an ethernet for it to work but always better to be hard wired hopefully they get it right next time.

I spoke with Nick this morning in Barbados time. I asked him to help me resolve a problerm with my TV8 box. He was able to solve my problem in a matter of a few minutes. I am now up and running again. Many thanks again
