I found the course to be very informative, not just a box ticking exercise. It would be great if, after obtaining a correct answaer, there was a drop down box in which students would be told WHY other suggested responses were not correct.

Pretty satisfied with the process, able to complete the training module in one afternoon and the instructions were easy to follow and quite easy streamline web page that's easy to navigate; definitely will recommend

I completed both the RSA and RSG courses recently. RSA was reasonably good except for clarity on the audio assessment needs and this got 10 times worse for the RSG. A LOT of double handling questions and answers required. I resubmitted one assessment 3 times. Only to have to add one acronym in.

I was very satisfied with the course it was a long one but was definitely worth the time it took only part that wasn’t good was some of the questions were worded so that it didn’t make a lot of sense

Good system although some of the answers are placed incorrectly and one or two were asked in the incorrect way. Overall I found it easy and a practical way to do the course

I come to the last assignment ( I paid already, but I couldn’t book the day to talk to trainer to finish my assignment. When ever I booked the day, the system appeared no available time. I called many time and got the same answer, They told me I must wait until 3 Pm every day to book. I don’t know why but still follow them, then I wait for 2 month already.
Wow it takes me 2 months already. I lost my money and don’t want to talk with them or wait anymore.

It was good.I could re-read questions.I could answer questions at any hour of the day or night.I would recommend this to friends,family and any other job seekers needing extra qualifications.

Why forces to have 30 words. Course was really good but this "must have at least 30 words" is so disappointing. Please remove that word. Is it 30?

"Pay after you complete the course" “Express Delivery” is a complete scam , once you finish the 117 questions you're required to pay but doesn't tell you that additional assessments are required ( verbal assessment) including a phone call assessment as final step which isn’t available till 5 or 6 weeks after your finished the online assessment.The customer service is awful and rude. No refunds offered either. Seeing all the bad reviews of this organisation I’m surprised how still they operate. I will definitely report them to the competent authorities. Stay away from this scammers.

dont go with this organisation, first i started a course, and then they took the payment for course, after that they dont give the certificate and make it a long process taking 7 day , and then demand priority fee so that we pay more money so they can give the certificate to us for working, total scam , whats the point of saying they will give the course for less money when they want to create all this problem , wouldnt have gone with them if this is the way they operate, beware of them

The course was fairly well understood and content was fine however when a student has a severe mental health issues and cannot complete the audio/video phase of the course there is no compassion or understanding, 14 day extensions just aren’t feasible there should be the ability to continue the course or redo at a later date when there are major mental health issues however this is not the case this company has a you can get over it attitude and gives no leeway when this presents itself absolutely disgusted and lost $106 even though the website states pay when you complete the course also states $20 something dollars less than I paid would not recommend to anyone who has psychological issues they don’t know the meaning of the word compassion

I got stung and lost half of my money after spending hours completing the online course, Their website let me pay in full plus extra to get a hard copy white card, before then telling me that I wasn't able to do it online because I was within 100kms of a training facility. The website should stop people on eligibility before letting them pay! They would only refund 50% which is disgraceful.

I enjoyed doing this course, I am not a strong reader but found the course material easy to understand and work through. I was a bit nervous with the audio questions , but was good to get them done.

The course was some what difficult in some areas but learnt a lot that I did know at the training sheets were quite helpful the hardest part was trying to get my student ID#

very useful and comprehensive course content even some technical words I found it quite difficult to understand as English is my 2nd language but I finally completed it, thank you.

I know I had time to complete the course, but I hadn't anticipated it would take 4 hours to complete in one sitting. But I just wanted to get it over and done with as soon as possible. Overall the course is very comprehensible and a great price too.

It was an easy to follow test and not difficult, I suggest leaving at least 2 hours for the whole process, including getting a usi, which I didn't realise you had to obtain..
