The shopping part is easy and the website is excellent, but making a person pay for a delivery date and enter a clause on the back end that you may not be able to meet the delivery date. That is wrong, you might want to re-look that. Your prices can't be beat but that delivery clause and the different prices is wrong if you can not delivery on that date.

I had wanted to get multiple soccer balls for my son to make it easier to practice from one spot. I could not believe the price or the quality we received.

I ordered two pullovers for my son and they were described as maroon and the pictures showed a deep red. They were very purple, but much red in them at all. I needed to match his school’s colors, so unfortunately these won’t work for us.

I tried to carefully select the size that I felt would fit best based on the size guide and measurements… Unfortunately the shorts I ordered were too snug so I had to send them back. I didn’t realize at the time of the purchase that there was going to be a hefty restocking fee associated with my return… So I was very disappointed to learn that not only did I have to pay for the shipping of the items back to the warehouse but I also had to pay $20 for restocking. I will not be ordering from your company again… As other companies have better return options should a sizing error be made.

Order # 4735109 after wearing waist trainer 2-hours while walking 2-hours a metal stave pushed out at top. Won’t stay inside and keeps coming out! Very disappointed!

The sizing is off, but to Epic's credit they do an excellent job of providing measurements, In shirts you will almost certainly need to go down one size, maybe even two. You just have to pay attention to the measurements they provide. If you need shirts to sweat in at a incredible price and with an great color selection, this is the place. Wearing a dark color outdoors is stupid, and Epic has a variety of light colors available.

I have been wearing the same brand, model, and size of shirts for about 4 years. Champion big and tall performance tee. However, they are a little pricier than I would prefer to pay so I bought several shirts from here hoping I'd find a replacement. I did not. They have the same issues many cheap shirts do. Raise your arms and the shirt rides up past your belly button. I might buy other items such as hats, socks, and such from here again, but probably not t shirts.

I purchased 2 warm up suits to wear fit when I'm working out addy the gum skiing with 3 reversible basketball jerseys. They all fit perfect!

I’m pleased with the quality of the socks I ordered for our team - they’re a lot better than I expected given their sub three dollar price tag! they’ve been through half a dozen washings and no pills or pulls.

Epic had by far the best price for this product, but in an age where consumer expectations are set by Amazon, it's off-putting to be charged $12 for ridiculously slow shipping that took many weeks. I was lucky my son's birthday is in the middle of January so I was able to change this from a Christmas to a birthday gift. My suggestion: bake standard shipping into the cost of the item. It'll still be priced better than Amazon or other sporting goods places, but customers will be much more accepting of the wait time.

Ordered dozens of sweatshirts and it arrived in 3 big boxes with 1 ripped box and 1 missing sweatshirt. Contacted Epic to report and was told to send photo of box and stamp. Did as instructed and was asked to send another photo of round stamp on box which didn’t exist. Sent same photos previously sent. Not worth going through all the hassle because Epic wants you to jump through hoops to correct their mistake. Thought I’d rather cut my losses than spend additional time. Not great customer service experience!

We paid for expedited shipping to arrive three days before our actual deadline to give us enough room in case the "estimated" delivery was delayed. Not only could the company not meet the expedited date, they exceeded the standard arrival date as well. The customer service rep and manager had no authority or willingness to do anything other than read a script and offer for us to re-order the same item and pay for an even more premium "estimated" shipping...sounds like a scam. Bottom line - we'll never order from Epic Sports again based on the customer experience alone. They are a very small shop with no interest in keeping customers.4629985

The hats were made cheap and on one of them the beck was sewed crooked and the other one the crown didn't even fit on the top of me head.

I ordered 3 shirts and a ball cap. The shirts were pretty good but the hat was TERRIBLE! The stitching is crooked, the seams are off center, and I can’t wear it. I know it’s cheap, but how do you send this out to a customer? Do you not check the product to make sure it’s made correctly?

I started using Epic Sports when another merchant I was using failed to come through on an order I needed. Epic got the job done. I appreciate that I can see inventory on team orders. Epic prices are good and the shipping fast and reasonable. I will continue to do business with them.

The four shirts I ordered for my husbands quartet are fine, the shirts actually arrived three days earlier then you had side they would, thank you. I have already put their logo on them. I will use Epic Sports again if the need arises.
