Delighted with thier online service. Fast dispatch and delivery. They use DPD, so I always know exactly when the order will arrive. And the biggest plus, thier packaging is top notch. (Never a broken or open food bag) and they always have the products I need in stock. 10/10!

Great service for all your pet needs. Fantastic quick and efficient service. Buy over thirty Euros and you get it delivered free. Sometimes it is difficult to get out and about when you don't drive and it's great to be able to choose a few necessities and have them delivered to your door. Having two frisky hounds, I sometimes forget to buy their worming tablets and flea and tick drops......... Now I can sit down with a cuppa and browse through some great quality products and order a few practical things to keep my hound healthy and a few little treats!!! Great range of dry food too, with some interesting flavors...... Order in the morning and it will get to you the next day. You will not be disappointed.......

Very poor customer service! First of all I’ve tried to reach them for 4 times now. By e-mail, messenger (Two times), and their website. I ordered and payed on may 2nd and had already payed, but afterwards I saw on their website that some of the items I bought aren’t possible for international delivery. I still haven’t got any answer regarding my order and therefore I will not recommend them to others.

Not good but I dont know who to blame , Equipet or the courier, I placed an order on the 24th of may and still haven't received it , I got an email to say it was out for delivery but haven't gotten the parcel as of yet but also never got an email from dpd to say they have it or not !! So for my first time ordering most likely it will be my last !!

I would have given you 5 stars except for your packaging. I ordered a tiny little tic remover that could easily gone in the post in an envelope but you packed it in a huge box and sent it by courier. Completely unnecessary. No good for the planet or my pocket. Other than that you were were very prompt and professional.

Product was shown for delivery 1-2 working days after order. Allowing for delays with Covid I did not follow up til 2 weeks later and was told there was an issue with their stock system, ie it said it was in stock when it wasn’t. I managed to source what I was looking for elsewhere so I just asked for a a refund and that would have been ok to me too. I had been told I would get the refund but I did not and 10 days later the package came. I thought this was a very cheeky way of doing business and would not use them again.

Time between ordering and receiving goods was 3 days which is really good. Plus I got a text to say it would be delivered in the morning and it was delivered at 9.30 that night. Fair play to the delivery drivers working really hard!

First my order was given to courier who left it at the wrong house. Then when I finally a week later got my order, there were 20 items missing

I had to put the wheel barrow together when I got it....the two tyres were not pumped..and after two days I had to replace the tube in one of the tyres..and I only moved it from one side of a she'd to the other...120 feet round trip...NOT...a happy customer

the package delivered by the courier was severely damaged when I asked the courier what had happened he said he received it in the condition he was giving it to me and advised some of the parts fell out and advised that I should double check to make sure I had all parts

Nothing to do with company more delivery service DPD who sent me 2 mails stating a 1 hour window On 2 days but never arrived and now are returning the package to the seller so I’ve not received goods

the two stars refer to the courier company not yourselves. I had Heptavac P ordered so getting it delivered quickly is vital but the courier company took two days to deliver so it was laying about for that time unrefridgerated. I only hope the cold pack that it was thoughfully packed in has kept it viable.Not sure if An Post do a guaranteed next day delivery service but if so it would be a better option.

Ordered on line a range of cattle wormers,phoned to clarify if muckboot chore hi boots were available,was told they were but a pair of chore 2k hi were sent to me,they are a very different boot ,I’m disappointed but I guess somebody was not on the ball that day,I’ve been dealing with Agridirect for a very long time since I first bought a cradle calving jack many years ago,decent company to deal with.

Ordered moocall and two days later it was delivered. Great service from agridirect. Was put on cow the next night and got a text 2days later to say cow was calving. Really is a great device and will save hours of needless trecking over to sheds looking at cows during the night.
