lastminute.com have to refund the money.
I didn't receive a refund at all as they declined that.
Awful service! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! People, please do not do any business with them!
I HAD A FLIGHT TO CUBA WHICH IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE COUNTRY HAS ITS BORDERS CLOSED. I PAID CLOSE TO 300 EUROS FOR THIS FLIGHT AND THEY'RE TRYING TO TELL ME I CAN ONLY GET 105 EUROS BACK?
IF I DON'T GET REFUNDED IN FULL WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK I'M ADRESSING THE AUTHORITIES.

Then just 12 hours before we were due to fly to Malta they cancelled
the booking, after packing and getting ready, never again the holiday was completely ruined
The away leg took me to San Francisco. I didn't want to enter the US, but could find no way of changing this.
Because I was transit thru US, I had to apply and pay for an ESTA,
I also had to be photographed by US customs and have every finger on both hands scanned for their records
All this for a 3 hr stop over.
Not happy about this at all.
Getting on the flight to Auckland I was told I had to gill in a NZ immigration form. No info was provided by anyone about this.
I literally had 10 mind to get this form approved or I would not be allowed on the plane
Returning was much easier as I went via Singapore
1) Travel credit: This includes some extra money. However, it expires after one year. You can always can ask for the money back after 6 months.
2) Voucher: I don't understand this option as it is the same as first one, but with no extra money. Option discarded!
3) Airline refund: Lastminute applies £50 + £30 discount as handling fee. It says that it will take months to get the money back and it will also depend on the Airline refund option.
They are trying to everyone accept Option 1 to keep them the money and not refund the money to customers, but reading Terms and Conditions when the flight tickets were bought, they should refund the WHOLE AMOUNT directly to the customer account.
That is not fair.
peor servicio de mi vida, los hoteles que reserve (y pagué) para semana Santa cancelaron mi reserva por el bicho y me han dicho que last-minute tiene el dinero, pero last-minute no me responde la teléfono, solo me manda spam al email con textos genéricos que no dicen nada, me perdí mis días de vacaciones encerrados en mi casa esperando la solución que decía en el mensaje genérico que me darían y nunca llegó, mi dinero sigue en los bolsillos de last-minute despues de meses, terrible servicio y total destrucción de reputación, ¿por qué pagar las vacaciones a un intermediario que no te garantiza ni las vacaciones ni la devolución del dinero? venden humo por qué no han ofrecido nada (literalmente) a cambio del dinero que pague

The web site does not allow you to cancel, there is no way to email and they prompt you to call them while asking you not to call because if high call numbers due to the virus, at the same time! This is terrible customer service.
Finally, I got though after a week of trying (sometimes waiting up to 50 minutes and getting cut off) and got fobbed off by a woman with poor english. She said they would now go to the airline and ask for a refund but made no promises and would not agree to provide me with an email to confirm this conversation. I know it must be tough for them but it just isn't good enough. I do hope they offer a full refund. I can't see why they would think it reasonable not to agree when the airline isn't flying and I do not know when I want to travel again.
