Had to put 1 cant get 0,did not get goods and waiting for weeks to get refund,banks onto it so are amazon next step court,would not touch them with a barge pole

so pleased with our purchase of our 4+2 plne chest of drawers, just finished making up this morning, pieces are so well made, went together perfectly, with no trouble at all. I ordered an item on 2 day delivery. After 8 days and several broken promises, it still hadn't been delivered. I gave up and was promised a full refund. It is now 10 days since I was promised a refund, but I am still waiting.

delivery and order was very quick but product was a bit naff, self assembly chest of drawers 3 out of 4 self locking pins to hold side panels on broke through laminate face leaving cracks on panel face. Can supply pics if reqd.

I checked about the tv unit before ordering and was told it’s in stock and will be delivered in 1-2 days. And after completing the order, only after chasing sales was told that it’s not in stock and will be available in 6 weeks !!!

Excellent, best price for the door I wanted, supplied from stock where many rivals were quoting 4-6 weeks to order. Good communication & quick courier delivery and it arrived in good condition. I did a lot of research before ordering & was a bit unsure but very happy with the outcome & I would use again and from my positive experience I would be happy to recommend.
