No updates given , was told 8weeks after acknowledging, it turned out 5 months for money to be paid. In total took about 10mths to sort. Only correspondence was if I chased them . No I wouldn’t recommend.

The claim was on behalf of my deceased mother, they kept writing to me in her name, which I found very upsetting and when calling me they’d ask for her by name. I repeatedly told them she’d died but it still continued sadly. Although a successful PPI claim it was all very too much and at times, I wished I hadn’t started the claim... as it was bringing up so many sad memories.

they did the job, although when i rang at one point told me i wasn't getting anything and so had forgotten about it until i received a letter two months later saying i was with a bill.

I was away for 4 months and there were numerous e-mails and phone calls to settle my account. When I came back to the UK I spoke to somebody that I shall pay your commission when I have been paid and yet I received a solicitor letter about failure to settle will incur additional cost to me

Like many others I assumed that there was no point making a PPI claim since I don't recall ever asking for any form of payment protection insurance, but after speaking to a friend who had made a succesful claim I decided to submit an application as the deadline for claims (29th Aug 2019) was approaching. Etico handled the claim process very efficiently and, to my great surprise, I discovered my claim did result in a payment.

I have been told that it is easy to sort out ppi yourself but it's not for me a 70 year old with a limited idea how to use a computer and anyway I did not think I was entitled to any monies so I was pleased to leave it to the experts and I am very happy with the £4000 plus I got back.
In my opinion it was worth every penny as I would not have done it myself

It was absolutely rubbish basically waited for 18 months for them to sort out my claim and in the end I chased my own claim up, and sorted it myself, they did nothing had to keep calling them to find out what was going on, i basically paid them for doing nothing, i would not reccomend this company to anyone, the only time I did hear from them, and that was a few times a day every day was when they wanted there money, shame they werent that keen to speak to me when I had to chase them to find out what was going on with my claim.
