I previously had another pizza-oven, really a $4500 doorstop - it never made a good pizza in 4 years of trying. Then I got my Ooni, based on the guarantee that if I didn't get a good pizza in 60-days, I could return it. To be truthful I incinerated the first two attempts, but when I understood its thermal power and paid a bit more attention I started to make edible and then great pizza. I have spoken to their support staff on a number of pizza related issues and they have been responsive and helpful in a very timely way. I love my Ooni.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Ooni! I opted for the Ooni Koda 12 because it was in stock and I'm not a patient person. We've made pizzas on three weekends so far, making 7 pizzas each time. Each week I've gotten better at it and think we now have a system down pat! It's the best tasting pizza I've ever had and don't think I'd pay to by pizza at a restaurant again! I've even made gluten free pizza successfully for my one son who can't eat wheat flour. Ooni's recipes are great! I recently bought the cast iron sizzler and look forward to making kabobs in it next! It's so amazing that it cooks the pizzas so quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend this product and especially like that it is used outdoors. I love the propane component. I look forward to having friends over this summer and sharing the pizza experience with them.

My sincere thanks to the Ooni customer service team. I made a mistake on my email address and didn't get a conformation email. I contacted customer service with details of my purchase and was contacted within 1 day and the mistake I made was corrected. I can hardly wait for my new Koda 16 and the rest of my order to arrive. We bought an Ooni Karu and couldn’t be happier. We have the wood fired model and it’s very easy to use - it gets up to cooking temperature in around 15 minutes. From then on you can produce fantastic pizza and garlic flat bread in minutes!

Very helpfully there are masses of videos and recipes on the Ooni site which are essential reading to get the technique for cooking correct as it’s so fast you have to rotate the pizzas quickly to get an even bake. Having said that even our very first pizza came out really well and now we’ve got the hang of it we love it.

It’s brilliant for entertaining but it’s equally worth getting out to make a pizza lunch for the two of us. The fact we can pack it away is a huge bonus and we love how it’s so simple to clean (basically you don’t bother as the heat burns off any previous residue). It’s also really economical as it hardly burns any wood each time.

I’ve bought the skillet to try some different recipes and can’t wait to try them out. We can’t recommend highly enough!

I guess, apart from the delivery negatives on here (not my experience) all I have is 100% praise, we have tried pizza in the oven to no avail, since receiving this as a birthday present, it has transformed our pizza making efforts for the much, much better, perfect pizza every time, I am now known as pizza Mik, my only negative is that everyone wants me to cook them pizza. The Ooni app is amazing at giving the recipe for delicious sause and dough 👍 Kudos, amazing Scottish brand.

Pizza Oven makes perfectly cooked pizza! Customer service was very helpful. Recipe for dough and toppings are easy and give us fresh idea's. Love the weekly email's. I recommend Ooni to all my friends and family.

We looked at pizza ovens for a few years and then saw Ooni and were excited about how it appeared to work after watching videos on the website. It has not disappointed!! All accessories we ordered are also great quality.
Worth the wait - stuff sells out fast!

I recently ordered the Frya pizza oven. Once it arrived, I noticed a large crack in the oven body. I emailed the company and they responded quickly with a few options to resolve the situation. I decided to receive a new oven body and it was shipped immediately to me.

I appreciate the quick response and solution to the problem. I look forward to using my pizza oven and making some delicious food!

I love my Ooni. It has been so much fun to experiment with making the sauces and most importantly the dough. I have become a little bit of a pizza bore to my friends but they put up with it due to the amazing pizzas that the Ooni churns out. All this with minimal maintenance. What I found most surprising was the quality and useful extras I was able to buy. A proving box and digital scales is a must for every budding pizza master!

Great customer service by Daryl. I prematurely ordered dough balls but as oven has delivery of 3-5 weeks I needed to cancel them and wait for oven. All sorted by chat box and email within a few hours. No hassle for refund and sorted promptly and efficiently.

I didn't buy my oven from the ooni online store so I can't comment on the web service. But the oven KODA 12 itself is amazing! Packaged very well but unfortunately the pizza stone came smashed but the retailer I purchased from arranged a new stone very quickly, it's super easy to set up and I was cooking pizza within 30 mins! Would advise a pizza turner as well as a slice for easiness and since I've also brought the Thermometer gun so I've a bit more control of temp with different doughs. Overall would 100% recommend the oven

OK, my table just arrived. I still stand by some of my comments below, but I've now increased my score rating. Ooni need to communicate with their customers. Simply telling someone "some time next week" just isn't good enough for this era of internet / data availability. What would it take for someone in the customer support department to access the system and see the product has been picked and allocated a shipping / tracking number?


I just don't get it Ooni. I re-ordered (stupid of me to do I know) a large table from you 9 days ago. You took payment very swiftly (strange that) but I've heard nothing from you since.
Let me just say, this table was in stock.. I just don't understand why your dispatch is taking so long. If I were you, I'd contract the service out to Amazon logistics. It's evidently clear that you can't cope.
I find it totally frustrating that even after checking with support, I get a generic "We are working on your order right now" reply.. so when I ask, when will it ship and and when will i get it.. the reply can't tell me. Heavens above.. if my order was being worked on "as we speak", your words not mine. Surely someone could give an accurate delivery date to the customer? Instead I get another generic answer, "some time next week"... Wow, that is some booking out process you seem to employ there.

Please, just stop telling your customers lies. Own up and tell them shipping will happen on X.

My husband bought this as a xmas gift. It was delayed to get to us, which was fine. We spend the winter months learning all about the oven and how to use it and what to make etc......Well, the day came and we got to finally use it!! It is freaking awesome!! I have used it once to get use to it and then had a pizza party with my family and friends. We pumped out 14 pizza everyone was so happy! My only advice to people, don't overthink it, just do it and make sure to heat the oven enough! I can't wait to move into breaks and meats!!!! Baby steps!
