I was looking at a 2 centre holiday with specific accommodation exact dates weren't available and customer services advisor helped get an acceptable solution.

I did online chat with 3 different advisors during the evening, I had connection problems my end, but they were all really helpful, couldn't have done more.

I like the layout of the website and how Eurocamp advertises the parks and accommodations - good use of quality photos, videos and floor plans. The information about distance and travel time from ferries, airports and places of interest are great. I have been to a park in France with Eurocamp and all info on the website was accurate.
So I decided to book again for this Summer. But it was not a straightforward task - I wanted to stay with my family in a Safari Tent this time. I didn’t have a specific destination. I expected to be able to choose ‘All destinations’, then, ‘Safari Tents’ as accommodation, the dates and a list with the parks photos and info would pop up on the screen - however, it didn’t happen. As I chose Safari Tents, a list of codes for parks with Safari Tents was displayed instead. I had to click on each code individually, then a tab would open with the park. Very time-consuming and tiring.
Second small but still a nuisance, after checking out a park, I would hit the ‘back to results’ button and I had to set the price filter all over again. The same would happen if I hit the back button. Hence, I rated my booking experience 3 stars.

This is the first time in a number of years that I've booked through Eurocamp but luckily I stayed on the mailing list so when I saw an offer, I decided to have a look at the website and we eventually booked a holiday. I've always liked the website, although I did find it a bit frustrating not to be able to look deeply at each campsite without the search resetting itself but we got there in the end. Everything is very clear and I always appreciate all the information given about each campsite, particularly plans and images and rules and regs. I usually have the site's own site up as well but I prefer to book through Eurocamp if the price is right as it's easier and you know what you are getting. I was pleased to get an extra discount for being a returning customer and I suspect that we may well return another time if this all works out as we feel very happy with what we booked.

I completed my booking on speaking to an operator Tilly. She was very informative and had also been to the site. On discussion I also included the tunnel. I was happy all round

I have used eurocamp for several years and have never been disappointed. The sites are excellent and the staff are always helpful. I have used eurocamp for several years and will continue to do so. We have a 3 year old and she has been twice and has loved it both times.

Barbara, from the first point of contact, displayed an excellent knowledge of all the eurocamp parcs in France. We were undecided about our route or destination at first but Barbara's patience and advice helped us to make the right decision. During our chats, Barbara told me that she has worked for Eurocamp for 30 years: she is certainly an employee to be proud of!

I dealt with a lady called Rachel who answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. She talked me through all the options both on site and the ferry and was very helpfull

We always use Bel campsite for our seaside holiday as it is close to our summer residence in Cheffois, France and meets our requirements for accommodation and proximity of the seaside and local amenities. The 5% loyalty bonus does not yet appear to have been deducted from the overall cost. Presume this will be deducted when the invoice is received?

Should be able to book 2 mobiles in one booking. Never happy with going in and doing one and then having to repeat the process, especially if accomodation is limited. On-line - chat person was friendly and helpful but IT let us down (could have been my end). Phone service also friendly and helpful. Again your system of needed to make two bookings is not very slick. I was introduced to the 'black hole' where accommodation disappears for a couple of hours at a time and don't feel this is very helpful.

I was booking a multiple campsite stay for a motor cycle tour round France with my brother. The lady I spoke to was very patient with us when creating the booking. We had lots of questions about our route and campsites and she dealt with it all very well.

I am a little annoyed that I wasn't allowed to book on one of the sites as I have a Spanish address. I think this should be something Eurocamp address' or makes clear on the site before booking.
