Point: Great

Not happy. Ordered three items, and booked car in for a service 10 days later. Two of the three parts incorrect. 5 emails, two, two hour chat waits, no reply Appointment cancelled, and still have the wrong parts. Finally having to go to PayPal for refund.

I was not impressed as I paid 4.99 for next day delivery and didn’t get it while Thursday I know with this corona virus but you shouldn’t have next day delivery when you can’t deliver the item was good tho.

The wrong Part was Sent 8 Days Late i went to your store in Paisley was treated like Scum ...I'm stuck with the Part Lost a Customer Time & Money in this time that every penny Counts I will be Resorting to Lennox Motor Factors in Future & advising all else in my Industrial estate in Dumbarton to do like wise you really did me a Bad Turn.!! I asked and payed for next day delivery. 8 days later and 2 emails sent with no response! If they are struggling with next day deliveries an email explaining would of been nice to explain but didn't get anything not even a response after emailing twice. Not very good customer service. There was a reason why I need it next day as I explained in my email.
