A hit and run company. If anything goes wrong they will not reply to you. They advertise that glue is included even for large wall murals but it isn't. If you ask about this and ask what glue should be used they will not reply to you. You may have a whole wall stripped down of previous wall paper and waiting and then you get a hit and run company that does not have the decency to take any responsibility of their products and doings. That is what owners of criminal companies do. Now I have no idea what is right type of glue for my wall, a wrong type may ruin the paper. So watch out! I would give this company 0 points if it were possible.

Update: Poster received on 2 June. Relieved to have it finally! It looks good, although to my surprise, it consists of 2 pieces, not one. Colors look good.

I ordered a poster on 5th of May and still I haven't received it (28th of May). No response via WhatsApp or email to my repeated status inquiry. I feel dissapointed and disheartened about the lack of support in clarifying if I will ever get it delivered or not.

Sadly one poster was out of stock which resulted in a shipping delay, but after an email or two we agreed on a replacement and the second time all went fine. Overall experience was good.

Ordered also on 30th of April and nothing happened. The costumer service gives too many simple answers. They contacted the courier GLS and are "investigating" it...i hope this not a scam or they bankrupt.

Disappointed so far.

I made a purchase on the 30th April and paid an extra €10.90 for delivery because it stated it would be delivered by UPS on the 6th May(my friends birthday) yet still hasn't arrived, no contact, no nothing! They grabbed the money out of my bank account straight away but no delivery of goods.... This was my first experience buying from Europoster and will definitely be my last... Funny how they will thank people for the nice reviews yet will make no contact to all the people they have taken money from an not delivered to???

I ordered my package on 28 April and they said that it was gone come eventually on 4 May but I still didn't arrive in Belgium. It's been a week.

We had ordered posters about two weeks ago and still no package. We sent a mail and a week later there was still nothing. Still waiting or we will ask our money back
