I was specific with the saler on the telephone about my vacuum beam 253 and asked for the cloth filter for that, so he say yes we have I bought finally arrived I opened and the size was 2x small . When I order with the customer service I asked more than one time if is the right one his answer was "yes that will fits your vacuum ". You expected that they are professionals and know what they are selling but his expertise was sale take a hold of your money (boosting his commission) for 40 days until you return the wrong purchase. I call that a scene. Be aware!!!

When I received my items was was damaged and inoperable. It took server all emails and two phone calls in order to get reimbursed... Which was short by two dollars. When I addressed this, I received no reply. After several attempts, I just gave up on getting any type of a resolution... it just wasn't worth it, and I could not deal with the lack of respect over this whole transaction. I would recommend to NOT work/order from this company.

I placed an order for a Dyson Motörhead replacement part mid June. It is now almost September and I still don't have it. Every time I've called they say the part is on backorder and usually takes two weeks to come in. I asked several times if anyone could do anything to expedite or find out what was taking so long. Everyone told me no and basically I was out of luckjust to cancel if I wanted. Finally I did cancel but the part is still on the website, no notice about backorders. I should've cancelled sooner but since I was getting a good deal I waited. Lesson learned. I won't try to order from them again.

I placed my order on 12/12. Received an email on 12/13 that it shipped. Have not received it. Emailed their support team on 12/23 and was told they would respond with tracking number. I still hadn't received an update so on 12/26 I contacted them again. They finally got back to me on 12/29 that it was on backorder. I asked when they expect to be back in stock and they still haven't responded. I am hoping that the money I spent hasn't been wasted.

I needed to determine if I ordered the right part and was treated very rudely by Josh. In an email conversation he told me I owned a fake Electrolux model (not true) and had a very condescending tone, instead of asking me questions & providing good customer service. I made a complaint via email. No one got back to me for weeks. When I called back, guess who answered? Josh. This must be an extremely small company, & it's not accredited by the BBB. Would definitely not recommend this company.

I couldn't find the name of the part that I needed on the name brand site.Your schematic diagram of parts was solo helpful and I was able to get the perfect part and was up and running 10 minutes after the part was delivered. I would recommend this store to anyone who needed a part.Quick efficient service

These guys have helped us keep our 30 year old Electrolux canister machine going strong. Quality of parts has been good, fits the machine perfect, and prices are fair. We especially like the "gas handle" hose we just received, much easier to use and seems like it should hold up better than the original design which tended to crack where you hold it.

I contacted eVacuumStore prior to my purchase of a central vacuum hose to make sure it would fit my Power Head. I was assured by the Customer Service Rep that it is the correct hose for my Power Head. When I received the hose, the power cord from the head did not fit into the hose. I was told to return the hose in the original box, however, I was responsible for the cost. The cost was $35.00. I opened a case with eVacuumStore explaining that it was their misinformation that they provided prior to the purchase and would appreciate if they covered the cost of the shipping. They never responded to the case. I contacted Customer Service directly and the Representative informed me that they will not refund the shipping cost even though I was misinformed. I will never purchase from them again and hope others take heed when they are not exactly sure of what they are purchasing.

I could not decide what the right part was right for my vaccum... Because there were several.. I called.. . the lady that answered the phone was very helpful.. Figured out the part .. N that was it.. Sent part .. It was perfect.. Vaccum is back to great .. Thank you .

I bought 10 KN95 masks for $60 - good price except they are a cheap Chinese knockoff not worth more than $1. They didn't have the N95 certification printed on the mask. Another order I placed for vacuum bags was never delivered. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a motor from them on the 4th got an email saying that it was shipped on the 6th called them on the 11th was told it was back ordered. But got email asking for a review of them on the 7th on something I have not gotten yet. I called 3 different days trying to find my motor I checked the address each time I called after the 6 day of calling I finally got a tracking # it was sent to 205 not 305 it took me 5 days of calling to find my part not a happy person

All good, no issues. Just pray that these masks made in China are not going to harm us in some way, hard to know with them and their manufacturing processes. Would like so much better if they were made in the USA

Always fast and convenient process when ordering any parts, bags I need to keep my Kirby Gen 3 running for many years. Vacuum is 29 years old and keeps running, doing an excellent job. The eVacuum Store parts and supplies an essential piece of that longevity.

I found what I needed pretty quickly.....but $7.95 for 12 small vacuum bags seems a little high....they're flat and don't weigh much. Still, I didn't have to go to the store to get them!

Five stars so far, but of course, I haven't received the items yet, so I guess that could change. LOL I don't expect it will. Thank-you! 7/12/20 - Since writing the message above, I have received my filters. Other than not being exactly like the filter I have, these filters will do just fine. Because they are not quite up to the same quality as my original filter, I only rated these at 4 stars, but overall, I expect I will find they should rate 5 stars when I actually use them. I am only shopping from here because I no longer wish to line the pockets of Amazon/Jeff Bezos. But the product would have been slightly cheaper there, with no additional $9 shipping cost. I'm trying to put my money where my principles lie, when I can afford to.

Love the videos and the comparison charts. Very helpful in making a decision. Order came quicker than expected and with everything advertised. The vacuum is great. Quiet, superb cleaning. Great experience.

I have ordered from your company before. Shipping was fast and merchandise was in good shape. All of the vacuum bags that I ordered fit my vacuum cleaner and did not burst while in use. They were an excellent product, and I am ordering them again.

I actually enjoyed the experience of shopping online,....only issue is Eureka makes too many vacuum cleaner products, but your software and data base make it easy to identify the part, make the credit card payment, place order, and Track it if i need to using the order number, in case i need to check status. Thanks for making it so easy, sorry I sound Like a commercial, but its True

I'm sorry but for a lightbulb that has no weight 3.99 is ludicrous for shipping anything. If it cost 50 cents maybe. I would re examine when the shipping cost more than the part. By the time I saw it I already ordered it.
