We were looking to move over a period of 6 months but found the process quite challenging, especially knowing who to trust in the world of estate agents. Ben who represents Luton Ewe Move was pivotal in the success of us buying our forever home. He offered a very tailored and personalised approach dealing with the sensitives and anxieties that come with moving house. He was always contactable at anytime and in fact worked around our schedule when meeting face to face. Ultimately he was responsible for the success of the house we purchased, keeping both buyer and seller happy and being fair to both. I strongly recommend Ben from Ewe Move when looking to buy or sell. The personal care you receive when working with Ben cannot be compared to your standard estate agent. Many thanks Ben. I recently viewed a property with Dan from Ewe move Cheltenham, and had the most brilliant experience. From a very secure and clean viewing given the current circumstances, to providing an understanding of the application process and keeping us up to date while waiting to hear back on the status of application- he made the whole process so easy! Would definitely recommend!

From the first appointment with Roland to value the property and discuss the sale to the last words with Jane to let us know the payment had been received and the sale completed it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional team who took a caring and proactive approach.
The regular emails letting us know about the viewings and comments from prospective buyers were a super way of keeping in touch with how the sale was progressing. Any telephone calls or emails made to the office were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Kathy and Sue were part of the Team and they played their part in supporting the sale through viewings to answering any queries we had and sending regular updates about how things were progressing. It was obvious that each one of the Team members knew details about how the sale was progressing without having to refer to each other.
All in all a very pleasant selling experience with a truly friendly, efficient and professional Team. Well done and thanks to you all in the Beverley office.

Very pleased with Cornwall based agent Glen Stuart, probably one of the best house viewings I've had, very professional, friendly and helpful and extremely helpful during the negotiation when putting an offer in working late into the evening to get the deal done. If I sell a property would 100% use Glen and ewemove.

I have been looking for a property for over 6 months and in receipt of housing benefit which is not preferred by most landlords or letting agents, so constantly getting told no. I found ewe move this morning around 6am and made enquiries about a property suitable for my children and myself. Got a very quick response by email and a call from a gentleman by the name of Jeff. Explained my situation which was strange for me as usually the minute the agency hears dss or housing benefit, the conversation is cut very short with the promise of a call back which actually never usually happens. Not in this case! He promised to make enquiries to see if the landlord would accept and he actually called back to my surprise ! Jeff went that extra mile for me when no one else would even listen and that for me is the epitome of good customer service. I will definitely be recommending ewe move and should I need to move in the future, will definitely be my 1st port of call. ????
