Efficient, comfortable, and friendly service - just what we needed after 24 hours of planes and airports with two over-tired kids! Cheaper than other options we looked at as well.

What can I say, very late in the day needing help to plan several journeys for a team of 12 in Birmingham whilst being based in Glasgow, tried a few places and out comes a shining star at Excelsior Cars by the name of Abid Hussain. What a joy to deal with - so friendly, so patient, so helpful, so efficient - a true professional. After the event the travellers involved had nothing but good things to say about the drivers and the cars and service provided. Definitely top of my list for next time. Thanks again Abid for all your help.

Second time i have used Abdi and Excelsior cars for hassle free door to door service from Birmingham airport to Staffs. Polite and efficent service. Booking from overseas was easy with a call to confirm within ten minutes of making the online reservation. Friendly and conversational driver and a straight forward journey. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service to other people, thanks Abdi.

Great service easy to book and great communications, on time, our return journey was delayed by 3 hours, landed after 2 am, the driver was there within a couple of minuets, we normally use APH but this for the price in my opinion is a better option

The driver was prompt on time and took us all to the airport without any fuss.
The vehicle was nice n clean.

We had two great journeys between Solihull and Stansted. The driver that arrived to collect us from home was slightly early (perfect - no worries that the taxi won't arrive and no stress thinking we had to leave early), very polite and courteous. There were some issues on the roads which caused some delay, so he checked our flight departure time with me - we had left plenty of time, and by then had found out our flight was delayed, so there was no issue, but it was good to be kept informed.

Abid met us for our return journey. Our flight was delayed, yet again, and when we arrived (two hours late), I had a missed call and a text from Abid who was parked a short way from the pick up and drop off point. He came to meet us as soon as we had collected our luggage. Abid was brilliant. He offered us sweets, though we didn't have any - a nice touch :-); he pulled in to a service station when my son was feeling car sick so he could settle his stomach; he then dropped me slightly off route so I could get to my step-daughter's concert on time and continued on to drop off my 16 year old son at home.

So, in summary, perfect service which goes above and beyond! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Excelsior Cars to anyone.

My wife booked this company for me, from West Midlands to Heathrow Airport, so a 2 hour plus journey. I was a little skeptical, I had not done this journey using a hire car before. So all the usual stuff going through my mind, will they turn up, what will the driver be like, etc!
Well I need not have worried. Turned up 5 minutes early, helped with my bags, very hospitable, made me feel very comfortable after a very stressful lead up to the day of my trip. It was a very enjoyable relaxing journey to the airport. I would highly recommend Excelsior cars, and the price was very reasonable - looking forward to the return journey!

I used Excelsior Cars for an airport pickup for a late evening flight last night. The driver, Abid, was ready at the airport when I landed and promptly collected us. He was really friendly and it was a nice, comfortable car and the long distance journey was pleasant, comfortable and really felt professional and executive. Would definitely use again for future travel or business needs.

Booked a few days in advance for a transfer from a house in Coventry to Birmingham airport at 4am.

The car arrived a couple of minutes early and was clean and the right size for what was required.

The driver was friendly. One (minor) issue was that his driving style was a little 'jerky' i.e. press accelerator, release accelerator, repeat. Given the roads were clear at that time I would suggest use of cruise control to keep it smooth!

They were also the cheapest I could find having shopped around quite a bit (apart from Uber - but we wanted reliability).

Used excelsior for our 8 strong family group to Birmingham Airport they phoned 10 minutes before pick up to tell us the mini bus was not available so they sent 2 cars instead for the same price. I booked return journey and was there for us I would recommend excelsior to all as they are reliable and fairly priced.

I have arrived to UK last week and on arrival I found out I have forgotten my medicine I need to take daily. My driver Abbas was so helpful not only taking me free of charge from my hotel to the hospital but also contacting his wife working in British NHS with assistance request how find local UK equivalents for my domestic medicines. Abbas was also very helpful with negotiations on my checkin to local hospital where I was supposed to have an appointment and get the local prescriptions. No words can express my gratitude for this great person.
