SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE

Bought £159.00 worth of goods on the 20/03/20.

I AM STILL YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND.

The product ordered was never in stock. I have been promised a refund within 30 days, but i havent received any reply or goods from them.

Extremely disappointed with the simply awful service I have experiences.

Please dont trust them.

I ordered a kettlebell on the 5th of May and expected a little delay due to Covid etc. I was pleased to receive a tracking number..late but that was fine. DPD have not received the package to get it to me. It has been over a week of me checking the tracking number. I emailed customer services over a week ago...again accepted there may be a delay but no response. Nothing to say they were looking into it, nothing to say what had happened. No response at all. Absolutely awful customer service. I am so disappointed.

Very disappointed as I am recovering from knee surgery with no access to a physiotherapist due to the pandemic and I really needed the recumbent exercise bike. It arrived quicker than expected but the exterior packaging was in poor condition and the box was covered with old cellotape .we opened it up and inside was a jumble of parts also in damaged packaging. Some of the nuts and bolts are not in their packet. We have not attempted to build the bike as we do not want to create further issues. It looks as if its been opened, damaged and repacked and then stored in the back of a shed.
Unfortunately we have not been able to resolve this issue because of Covid 19. We have had a generic email reply from the company outlining their problems. We all have to be a little more patient in these difficult times . I hope the matter gets resolved and I can upgrade my review. I am really looking forward to using the bike to help with my knee recovery.

No one else in the UK had this Marcy Smith Machine in stock. Great price and super quick delivery.

Five days after ordering an item that was clearly advertised as “in stock”, I received an email advising that my order had been cancelled due to no stock.

Ordered an 'In-stock' item on the 7th may and informed it would be shipped on 14th and due to arrive by 21st (information via their online portal). Received an email on the 14th with the shipping number & order number & so-called DX tracking number - everything you would expect when making an order with any online shop. Come the 21st - nothing received. I had to actually chase them up and email them on the 22nd where Joshua informed me the order had been cancelled and I had not been notified due to 'small glitch.' How can an order be cancelled yet be given a shipping number, order number and tracking number?
Sounds like something could be dodgy with how they report their figures

Company is amateur at best - the below I have had no issues with;

This is now an update from yesterday's review.

I waitied the 48 hours like the scam answerphone message says and still NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER...!!!!

I have also re emailed today to the exercise.co.uk address and the service@puretecfitness address which is now saying 72 hours for a response from the 48 hour response that was on there Tuesday.

BEFORE YOU BUY ANYYHING FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPAINES CALL THE NUMBER BELOW AND SEE WHERE THEY ARE, MAKING SURE THEY ANSWER BEFORE YOU BUY, GIVING YOU AN IDEA OF WHERE THIS BUSINESS IS RIGHT NOW.

I placed an order Sunday March 22nd on the basis the website clearly said - IN STOCK - We will despatch your goods Monday 23rd for delivery Wednesday 25th.

When I never got a depatched goods email I contacted them by phone and all i got was an answerphone message saying please email any concerns due to the Corona Virus.

Still not heard anything whatsoever and to be honest its now feeling like a scam to win sales without sending the goods.

Let's see if someone contacts me tomorrow to keep me updated as now its Weds evening and still ZERO contact.

I only purchased from Exercise.co.uk / Puretec on the basis goods would be sent immediately as IN STOCK..!!!

THE SAD THING ABOUT ALL THIS, IS THE FACT THAT YOU PUT YOUR FAITH IN COMPANIES THAT SAY GOODS IN STOCK AND ITS ALL A LOAD OF LIES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY...!!

LIER'S - SCAMMERS - BLAGGERS....

Great product (Marcy cross trainer) and really quick service. Also got back to me very quickly by email when i had a query, even in lockdown. Definitely recommend.

Order delivered wasn’t as ordered, it was missing part of my order... promised reply in 48 hrs, this hasn’t happened, given benefit of the doubt due to current circumstances BUT you’re quite happy to send out a ‘ review us’ email, not once, twice but three times... how about reassure me that WHAT I ordered WILL be delivered, BECAUSE, obviously IVE PAID FOR IT ALREADY. A reply would be good,

fantastic service came 10 days early, arrived in perfect condition. Product was as advertised, even better to be honest, will be buying from then again.

In difficult times the guys still managed to deal with our order and deliver it 3-4 days earlier than what was on original docs. Well done guys using the equipment already thanks stay safe and keep up the amazing service

Exercise use Royal Mail to deliver their goods one week after ordering and paying for next day delivery Royal Mail have no idea where parcel is !! Therefore cannot rate goods as not received.

The required item price increased by £3 in a week. I emailed to enquire, never had a response. If not for a specific birthday gift I would not have ordered out of principle. No option to buy elsewhere. When item arrived box was torn and item was loose in packaging. I did take photos. But disappointed to be fair but actual item for gifts recipient is happy with.

I cancelled my order on 5th April and only on 20th May received a confirmation it has been cancelled!!
Been fobbed off the last 6 weeks, told the order has been cancelled throughout this time. Only when you put pressure on this company do they decide to respond.
Avoid at all costs!

Item came before the 14 days stated on the order confirmation, however i never received a dispatch notification until a week after the item had already arrived?
Online chat was a bit slow for responses at times which is understandable with the current Covid situation, although replies from the staff seemed a bit blunt to me when asking questions, however im overall pleased with the product

Delivered the product within 5 days and it was lite commercial grade for home. Product quality was perfect.
Prived well. Only 1 star I took off because my doscount code for the 5 % off didnt work. And on a £865 order would be £43.25 cheaper. But Katie took my details and said she qould reimburse my debit card for the amount, although it will take 30 days.

I placed my order of £799 on April 8th was given many excuses about my order being late or lost, cancelled my order on April 24th and have been told weekly that I will be getting my money back shortly. Now My emails are being totally ignored.
