Noelle Setticase is exceptional and outstanding in her service, her education, and her willingness to help a first-time shipper like me. Because I had zero knowledge of international shipping, I called and emailed her several times, often with the same question due to my own doubts, and she always greeted me with patience, professionalism, and true customer service. She's an outstanding asset to the company and deserves much praise, credit, and a big raise! Thank you, Noelle!

Tendered a shipment over to ExFreight that was supposed to pickup on 5/20. it is not 5/27 and the carrier has still not picked up. Emailed during business hours yesterday on 5/26/20 at 0749EST and got no responses, then emailed again today to finally get an answer saying that they did not have an appointment. Our shipper is a FCFS shipper and there are no appointments needed. The online portal showed a delay and that is why I reached out, but didnt get an answer until I reached out again more than 24 hours later. now we're 7 days later and it's supposedly on schedule to pick up now

Daniel Manzano and Jen Anderson are just flat-out incredible employees of Exfreight. As a rep with Saia Motor Freight, all of the emails I receive are generally always about issues that are urgent, and Danny and Jen are always understanding, and quick with feedback. I can't say enough good about this team you've got. If I wasn't based in Idaho, I'd immediately take them both out to dinner and a drink just to say thank you in person. You both make your work a priority and it shows.

I haven't shipped my package yet, but my representative, Ann Lewis, has been incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting me with quotes and questions.

Nasar Dawla is our account manager and his services are exceptional. He answers all of our questions and makes sure we receive all of our answers before hanging up the phone. He is a great asset to the company.

No informaion and no delivery, We have a shipment of one pallet that was picked on Augugst 14, 2019. As of Septmember 5 we have not been provided tracking information, the name of the carrier or the whereabouts of this shipment.
Hopefully, somebody from Ex-Freight Zeta will read this and get back to me.
Extremely unhappy with this impossibly bad service.
