I have used Experience travel twice in the past and have just booked a third holiday with them and the service has always been outstanding.

I have ben dealing with Matt Brazier and he has epitomized "planning to suit client needs". Our trip is exactly how it would be if I were to have planned it myself

This year is Laos, last year was Vietnam and two years ago it was Cambodia, all through Experience Travel.
Experience Travel took the stress out of arranging the details of a 100 percent time filled holiday experience.
One of the fun part of the holidays are the guides. Their sense of humour is not UK, their humour is in fact not really all that funny, it is funny to see them bent over double laughing at their own jokes which are not in the least humorous
My experience with them has resulted in a very satisfied customer and I look forward to booking my 2016 holiday with them.

So far we have only had excellent advice from them and booked a holiday in Sri Lanka starting on 29th December.

We thought the advisor who arranged our Kerala and Goa trip took a lot of trouble to discuss our needs and put together a wonderful trip for us - he had huge experience of India having been there multiple times so his advice was invaluable.

Up until now all arrangements have been made promptly and efficiently, Nick has been very helpful putting together an interesting trip to see the scenery and wildlife of Srilanka, the proof will be in the pudding when we actually embark on the tour in January

After a good experience in getting Experience Travel to organise a lovely holiday in Sri Lanka, we have booked a holiday in India (Golden truangle) for February 2018.

James Wilmshurst in London did a really great job putting together a trip at very short notice ( ie a week.)

The partner staff on the ground were mixed - from utterly brilliant ( Ruchi and Varun in Varanasi) to mediocre ( eg guides who met us in Mumbai and Kerala, who were practically mute and gave us no information - the drivers were nice though.) Guides/hosts make such a difference to first impressions, in kerala especially you could have definitely had more business out of us has the host been more passionate.Great service from the guide who met us at Cochin airport and looked after our return check in.
Hotels were wonderful ( Taj, Madesar Palace, Mahari Beach resort) only criticism is that the food was mouthwateringly expensive compared to other places, and indeed to London in some cases. I know there's nothing you can do about that but would have been good to be warned so we could have gathered more restaurant recs ahead of travelling.And i'd let people know in the TAJ in Mumbai you stay in the new tower not the historical building. It's the same for all non VIPs i guess but good to know to avoid the inevitable feeling on the first day that you've got the second class rooms, as soon as you realise that's where all the tourists are it's ok!

Particular shout out for Ruchi and Varanasi ( freelance tour guide) in Varanasi who were excellent, as well as Sunil on the Mumbai walking tour and the incredible yoga and meditation teachers Dr Krisha and his colleague at the Mahari, who ensured that we went home feeling a million dollars.
Wonderful holiday all round, would use Experience again.

I have only planned the holiday so far (we are going next year) but the rep was extremely helpful, had lots of knowledge and lots of patience, since we kept asking to add bits in and take bits out of the itinerary! Thank you, Becky!

Lucy was great, she listened to me, understood my requirements and this showed in the itinerary she put together along with the hotels chosen, really impressed.

Excellent service from ETG when I wanted to book a last minute holiday to Indonesia. After an initial call I was assigned to Becky, their Indonesia expert, who advised and guided me to book a tailor-made holiday ticking all my boxes! She was happy to suggest and find alternative options throughout the whole process until we finalised the itinerary.
