I sent my request in after hours for a tour which was the next day. I was promptly emailed in the morning to confirm the booking and also offered another alternative which they thought may better suit my needs.

Booking process itself was very good and helpful, but a couple of points needed to be sorted with the lodge hosts a month or two before arrival, and they were most unhelpful and close to being rude in their email response. This led to a bit of concern on our part before arriving, but once we got to Morea there were new hosts in place who very extremely helpful and quickly addressed our concerns and made us feel both extremely welcome and well looked after.

You have been very proactive in letting us know the procedure (time, driver, location...etc) only the morning we went to Rusutsu I wasn’t sure if you would have the Ski passes, but it was ok problem in the end.

FANTASTIC SKI DAY I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN NEXT SEASON ,I WOULD LIKE TO TRY CAT SKIING IN IWANAI A WINDY DAY IN NISEKO WHEN GATE 3 AND 4 ARE CLOSED IT CAN BE A VERY GOOD OPTION

We have well said that we need to go back to our hotel at 3pm to pick up our daughter from her class.
Because they wanted to mix us with another group, we needed to wait for that group to arrive, 20 min after us !
Then this particular group were not properly dressed, so they need to get changed. 15 min later, seeing that they were still choosing their outfit, we have to insist to start before them, separately.
Hopefully we have insisted several times, as when we were in the middle of our 60 min ride, they just started !

We arrived 5 min late to pick up our daughter. When we plan 30 buffer !!

I thought the whole day was excellent. food was great skiing was great and guides were really good. resort was a bit small but everything else was fine

The ground transport was excellent - pick up from the coach and daily transfers to the slopes at our desired times. The accomodation at Yasaguri Apartments was fantastic and all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We'll be back!

Had one of my best freeriding days in my life.
The guys at the House of Powder were great and looked after us all day.
The guide Tatsu was the best!
Riding down to the onsen was an incredible experience...
Will definitely do it again next time I'm in Niseko.

The booking staff were very prompt in replying to messages, which was much appreciated, particularly when I was trying to organise another person to join the tour the morning of the day of the tour (which was able to accommodated). Their communication was clear and accurate.
