If I could give them a zero i would. What an absolute waste of a company. My delivery was meant to be coming today between the hours of 1.30-4.30 it is now nearly 6pm and still no sign of it. What's more their online tracking has less use than a chocolate teapot. What is the point of being able to track your delivery if all you are going to make available is a GPS image of the delivery address.
Don't bother trying to contact the phone number they give you as it is an unmonitored mailbox which doesn't ring and then after working hours switches into a voicemail.
My recommendation is to avoid at all costs the use of this company. I would even go as far to say that they are worse than Hermes as they have about the same regard for their customer service as Hermes do their packages.

I had delivery and Assembly from these guys today up in Scotland and 2 men called 20 mins before hand. No mess, assembly done really quickly and took the rubbish away at a very good price

Absolutely disgraceful company i ordered something through fashion furniture 19th october its now 14th November and guess what still dont have it.this cost me 500 pound and keep being told it will be with me on this day then gets changed due to them orginally coming to deliver and couldnt locate my stuff obviously its lost then!!!! How can it take a month to deliver something what a absolute joke considering things i ordered with other companies have arrived
