My property is now under the remit of Michael in the sales progression team, and this far he’s been very obtainable via email, prompt at returning my calls and very helpful/ efficient. I hope this continues between now and completion.

Still waiting for a call back after 10 days chasing them up. They rush to get your property on the books, get a "sale" (which fell through after 4 months) then dump you and move on to the next one. Hopeless, do not use them.
29/05/20- update. Express did contact me by email the day this was posted, asking for my name and postcode which I gave them, by return. Still heard nothing at all. If I could reduce their review rating to zero stars, I would

Communication from Rebecca approximately once a week about what was happening with our purchase. We did have to chase up at one point when we required a new home report. It would have been nice to have had an email or an explanation of the process with them as when we started it out we had no clue what to expect as first time buyers. (Perhaps something that could be looked into for 1st time buyer's communications).

Having been with another estate agent for 4 months and not getting anywhere, shortly after getting in touch with Express estate agency, we have made tremendous progress in regards to getting a buyer and the property sold subject to contract. Extremely happy. Chris has been extremely helpful, very informative and gives you every confidence that the situation will proceed to a satisfactory conclusion.

Been with Express for over 12 months now, What a big mistake....!

We was told from day one that we would receive a phone call every 2 - 3 weeks to keep us updated.......what a joke that was!

We've noticed a lot of the staff are lets say "surprisingly younger" than we imagined never judge a book by it's cover & all that but this company DOES NOT know the meaning of good communication.

Do yourself a big favour & leave well alone.

P.S. 1 Star is a complement!

I can honestly say Daniel was very polite and very patient as I had a few problems with my mobile phone when he was trying to contact me. All round he is a great guy and also a very professional doing his job. It has been a pleasure working with him now and in the future.

I can honestly say that this team a are fantastic, Robert Peak in particular went above and beyond, but the thing i found was most impressive was that if Rob Peak said he was going to do something (regardless what it was) he did it, he made a stressful event a lot less stressful and we cant thank him enough

Would fully recommend them
