I’m actually in shock how good these work! I didn’t expect this much of a good result. I’m no longer insecure about my smile... not only that, the customer service is great, they are very helpful and answer any questions you ask. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service from the start! From the first inquiry, to impression kit (which I failed at due to my ridiculously strong gag reflex) to scans at a clinic nearby, to reports and finally to successfully ordering, the process was fully explained and professional. If I had known straightening my teeth it would be this smooth an experience I would have done it sooner.

I would highly recommend EZ Smile, for anyone that is looking to straighten their teeth. The whole process was so smooth and simple - I never had to visit a dentist. I didn’t actually have to visit anyone or any clinic - it was all done from the comfort of my home. The EZ smile team were so helpful and friendly - making it all the poor enjoyable. The plates are great - so well made, you can barely see them, and the price was amazing. I am currently 8 sets through my 12 Set treatment plan and could not be happier! I had traditional braces as a teen and my teeth had moved over the years. The change was relatively minor but I wasn’t happy with the development. I certainly would not have spent money on expensive aligners to correct the issue. Ez Smile was the answer! Efficient, mostly pain free and cost effective. The scan was easy and customer service has been brilliant. Looking forward to seeing my final results but I’m already thrilled with the improvement in my teeth. Thanks Ez Smile!

I have loved how easy this has been, i am only about half way but the journey has been great so far. I have been impressed with how fast you respond to email enquiries even after the sale is done. I had an issue with some late arriving aligners (i was on my last set with a week to go so not completely late) i emailed on a Friday, got a response the next day (on a Saturday) and the retainers arrived the following Wednesday. Even my dentist is impressed with the quality of the aligners not riding too high up on my gums etc.

So disappointed I didn’t choose braces or invisalign over Ez Smile. Not only do I need to purchase new retainers every 6 month for the rest of my life, which end up costing more than braces or invisalign. Wish I did my research.

The man that did my scan was amazing, made me feel very comfortable. Having to do another scan to make sure it was perfect made me feel good that ez smiles is so thorough with their work. Plus discount was given and that obviously is so awesome

I have only been through the initial process so far and am now waiting for the aligners to arrive but the customer service has been amazing and I’m excited to start the transformation!

I have lost my Last aligner (the retainer one) in a Plane the first day of wearing it so I am not certain how the final result should Look. I have tried contacting ezsmile to get another one send but I never had any answer. So far the result looks great but one of my teeth moves back during the day and comes only back into place when I wear my aligned during the night. I have mixed feelings about my overall experience.

Wearing the EZ Smile aligners quickly became part of my day to day routine and I hardly even noticed them, all the while they were busy doing an amazing job of straightening my teeth.

My teeth are straight for the most part, however one too incisor is still slightly overlapping and becomes more prominent after not wearing my retainer for a day or two. I asked ezsmile to make a further refinement but they essentially told me the result was goo enough and they were finished with my plan. I’m sure I would have had further refinement of my plan had I seen an orthodontist instead.

I was really dubious at first but I’m so glad I did it. Within 7 months you fixed my smile with complete ease. I would recommend you 100/100 the only room for improvement is to be more responsive to emails at the start as I never heard back from you guys so always had to call you. That will probably change as you get bigger though I guess! Thank you EZ Smile! You really helped me!

I had a good experience with Ezsmile but I still feel disappointed that afew of my teeth did not become as straight as I thought it would be having me to result in having to go to an Orthodontist after paying for the Ezsmile treatment. Other than that I had prompt replies whenever I had questions needed to be answered throughout my treatment. Thanks

I am happy with the results they are better than they were,but I do think my front teeth are still a bit crooked, I noticed it just recently when I was on a cruise & had lots of photos taken .

I had braces when I was in primary school, but over the years my teeth became pretty crooked again. I've recently finished treatment with clear aligners from EZSmile. They posted me an impressions kit that I did at home, sent it back with photos for assessment by an orthodontist, and then my 12 sets of 3D printed clear aligners were sent to me. My experience was great - I couldn't be happier. I suppose tele-dentistry isn't for everyone, but I'm always wanting to tell people about it, just in case they are interested and didn't know how much orthodontic options had changed....it's kinda awkward to do so without the insinuation that there's something wrong with how their teeth look. So here's my public service announcement :) You're all beautiful, whether you have homogeneously aligned or free-range organic teeth xx

I’m so happy with my teeth right now. I’ve always had a bit of a twist with one of my front teeth and tried to get used to it. Selfies enhanced the tooth so much that I stopped smiling in photos. In only 7 months, my teeth are straight again and I’m living having my photo taken. Thanks Ezsmile.
