I love this company, such great products at a fraction of the cost. Who doesn't love to treat theirselves? And best of all it isn't a monthly subscription, everyone can afford something quarterly.

I commented recently about how FFF had screwed my mother over after she had survived covid and FFF commented and told me to reach out to them and I did on this platform and haven’t heard back since. I am worried they only replied that to me to seem like they were taking action because my post garnered a lot of attention and they didn’t want it to reflect badly on them. I’m just trying to be there for her right now because my father recently fell into a coma as he also became infected with Covid due to his proximity to my mother. If anyone replies to this with their email, I will happily send them one of their “free” boxes that will cost you $5 in shipping or I can give you a code for $10 off your first FFF Box if you’d like. I hope FabFitFun contacts us soon.. I really thought quarantine was bringing people together in a way because we are all doing something to help and in this case I feel like FFF doesn’t care about what’s affecting real people going through real situations and I know it’s just a subscription box, but it’s much more than that for my mother. For my mother it’s a piece of normalcy from before covid and back when she used to treat herself to this subscription box. The boxes are great. One time I had a broken necklace and they sent me a credit and a new product no problem.

My biggest complaint is that their website/technology/platform is usually never working properly. Always an issue whether its the website not loading, customer service not up & running, not being able to click through to live/add ons/ etc... They should really consider updating their back end technology to make a more user friendly/easier experience!

I had gotten one box before, maybe 6 months ago, that was decent. I was looking for a pick-me-up during lockdown and it was almost my birthday so I decided to reactivate my membership. So disappointed with the spring box! First, it never let me customize my box.
I received a cardigan which is HUGE and might work as a bathrobe but I already have two of those.
Gold necklace looks like plastic kiddie or vending machine jewelry.
Detangling brush might be OK but I already own two of them.
Random hair and skin products I may or may not use.
Overall nothing that I would have spent money on.
I got the email to customize my summer 2020 box and every time I try, I get an error message. The one item I would have liked (kimono) is already out of stock, and more is going out of stock while I deal with the error messages. Tried to chat with them and was something like #454 in the queue so I emailed instead. Unless I'm able to successfully customize my summer box with items I actually want, I'll go ahead and cancel.

Got my first box and they sent me a rug....how is that a treat? I didn’t get to customize a any products like they claimed because everything was out of stock. I got the leftovers. Smh

Got my spring 2020 box it was ok was looking forward to my summer box until I noticed two of my add ons were no longer listed as being included in my box even though I have the invoice saying they would be not cool fff will wait and see if I get all things I paid for and will adjust stars accordingly

It is time too go..these boxes are not worth the money anymore. I have been with them for years and they keep getting worse, I cannot believe I got a chapstick and a cheap hairbrush and one murad and some stupid lotion,and cheap straws this box is worth no more than $75.00, I am sick of it. I will give them one last chance with the summer box and then I am gone. I received five things and they put cardboard in the box now too make it look like you are getting more things. I am tired of you lying too me about the box and what the products are worth, just go out of business..

I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. I set an order on May 31 and it is now May 8. I started writing them around mid April just to see where my box was. They sent a generic email saying that they were excited to ship it to me and that it was on its way. Then I sent another email at the end of March and got pretty much the same reply. Then I finally emailed them two days ago and asked where it was. I finally got somebody to write me an actual response and they admitted it had been lost. I asked for a refund and got a generic email telling me I would be refunded. Not an offer of anything or a promise to get it out this week, nothing. Terrible company and their customer service is a joke.

SUPER disappointed in the Spring 2020 box. Only 3 of the items were in the pamphlet and the rest were leftovers from previous seasons! I know because I already have 2 of the items sent to me. Really disappointed because I loved the other boxes I have received. And this was my mother's day gift for myself, it actually brought me to tears I'm so disappointed.

Received my Spring 2020 box and 5 out of the 8 products were not in any of the categories of the enclosed magazine. Out of those 5 items 3 of them I had received in previous boxes. I had canceled after the winter box and last minute reinstated my subscription so I understand that I wasnt able to choose any of my items. With that said I still feel cheated because what I received was leftovers from past boxes. Not cool fabfitfun. If you didnt have the items to fulfill then dont take my money. Oh by the way, I want my money back !!

For now I am just commenting on the Customer Service. After a few misunderstandings, my package is now on the way. It took awhile, but Customer Service did get back with me. I am sure they are swamped now. I am excited to get my box, and I know the items in it so I am super excited. For anyone ordering first time, it might take as long as a month or more, be patient and you will be happy in the end.

I ordered the Spring 2020 box and I am sadly disappointed. I was so excited to receive it and when I did I was let down. I first signed up because an ad on the internet said I could customize my box and this sparked my interest! When I tried to customize my box the items I wanted were "sold out" and I had already paid because you have to pay first and then you can see the customizable items. Had I known most items were sold out of the custom portion I many not have ordered. So I canceled my future orders right then. When I received the box I was unhappy with the necklaces, the cardigan and hand lotion. I did like a couple of the items but I did not love any of them. I like the idea of it and believe it could be worth the money but unfortunately this box I felt was not.

The Spring 2020 Box is my first FabFitFun and sadly, will be my last.I cancelled my membership as soon as I opened the box that arrived today. The cardigan is HIDEOUS. The rest of the items are nothing special. The only item I had wanted that I actually chose, I of course didn't receive. Now I have to list all of this cheap crap in my Mercari shop and hope it sells, because I honestly want NONE of it. I felt like I received a gift from someone who knew nothing about me, despite all the questions they make you answer when you sign up. Massive fail. #crapshitdone

So many Negative reviews on here that unsure if they are from the same subscription service? I joined Fabfitfun at the beginning of this year and have received the Winter and Spring box so far. Absolutely loved my winter box had lots of different things to try (one of which was an £85 111 skin serum ! ) both boxes had eight items and although the Spring wasn’t quite as exciting still good products worth way above the 49.99 dollar price. As a U.K. member you do have to pay shipping but works out all in about £50! As to my Summer box that I’ve just customised AMAZING choices this time and one of the items I’ve chosen is £105 to buy in the U.K. Personally If your unsure about this box try to find a friend who’s a member and will send you a email that will give you a link for 5 dollar starter box, this normally has four to five full size items inside! Wish I’d got as amazing deal but am sending all my friends x

Didn't get what i picked. Got my spring box it says I picked gold necklace when I picked the Glo therapy. I didn't get the Glo therapy. Not impressed

I wanted to explore subscription boxes last month and ordered the fabfitfun spring box.
I agree that I was late to purchasing the box as they usually open for customizations in the month of feb. I was only able to choose from one or two items as the rest were sold out. I contacted customer care to see if they can cancel my box. I was able to cancel my subscription but not the spring box( I contacted a few minutes after I placed the order but they weren't able to cancel from their side.)

I received my box in less than two weeks. Packaging was great. the Wander Mascara is amazing! the Donni cardigan is a little too big for me( its just one size) but I certainly can find a dress to wear it with. I did receive a mystery item that was a vitamin C serum. The calpak travel organizer will also be something I will be using. I dont know if I would have paid $42 for these but thats the whole point of the subscription box.

One thing I would be mindful of is that they have a very different policy when it comes to adding things to your cart. During the spring sale event, I added a box to the cart by mistake(did not proceed) and was charged for the box at the end of the event. That is when I realized- anything thats added to the cart will be completed by them and charged at the end of the event. So be mindful about that.( Yes, the customer care was nice to refund this one time *phew*)

Overall, I think it was an ok experience. Customer service is not bad. I did get an email regarding the summer box. Will I subscribe again? Honestly, I dont know. I like the excitement in receiving the products but I dont think I can afford the cost of it. So maybe not.

Refuses to answer customer service requests.
Confirmed would delete data as requested under data protection rights request in January. Then sent subscription emails in May. Clearly did not care about any data protection rights. When raised with company they couldn’t care less.
Bad customer service. Worse protection of personal data. Do not share your personal data, they clearly don’t want to protect it.

Signed up for a discounted Spring 2020 Box at $39.99. Was not made aware that there was an additional $20 styling fee and got hit with that two weeks later. I tried to get this rectified through customer service but they passed me onto the “styling team”. When I asked to cancel my account due to perceived unwillingness to refund me, they yet again tried to pass me off to the “styling team” and said that they would reach out to me soon.

Edit: Due to the styling team’s prompt and considerate response, I have to bump up their star rating. They were so helpful and nice!

I'm not happy at all. I was so excited for the box to arrive. When it arrived there were none of the items I had chosen. I thought I would try this new experience and I'm disappointed. I would like to return my box and cancel my subscription. Its too bad.
