The work on my two doors on 8/9th August 2019 was commenced at the appropriate time by Fairco personnel. Both people worked well and diligently and cleaned up after them, when the work was finalised. They explained fully the workings of both doors and windows to me clearly. I am very pleased with the work carried out to date by Fairco and would recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbours.

with a little hiccup re measurements at the start we very much like our new windows ,huge difference in the warmth of the rooms also cutting down on outside noise,Brian and Bobby were the instillation team and done an excellent job ,no mess no fuss .

We got new windows and two doors, front door and back door recently. Fairco were extremely efficient and the fitters very pleasant to deal with. We would have no problem recommending this co.

I meant to do this before Christmas however time became non existent so mid Jan here we are. I rarely do this (as I dont often get the opportunity as good service is not something one finds easily these days) however I cannot speak highly enough of Fairco and the incredibly professional staff you have working for you. From the first moment of entering your shop in Terenure where I met a very friendly and helpful lady, Gavin calling out not a minute past the time agreed and Kevin being just as punctual as Gavin, it was an absolute pleasure having Fairco do our front door (which I adore btw). Not only were Gavin and Kevin punctual, efficient and very professional, they were extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We then got the installation date and another two gentlemen (names escape me)arrived on the button of 9am. They were clean, efficient and left the place in pristine condition. They also took the time to drop all tools when I was leaving in the car to help take ice from the windscreen which was above and beyond the call of duty. A simple thank you email therefore and to the MD of Fairco, you should be very proud of your staff, i am yet to deal with any other company with such professionalism. I would love to say Ill be back but I will NEVER change my gorgeous new door. Thank you! (Fairco recommendations are being given to all!)

Thanks to Paul and all the rest of the crew for their time and work last week. Install was very easy for us and the lads were very easy to coordinate and work with and very quick also. We had three windows and a back door fitted two weeks ago. Looks really good and the finish to surrounding area excellent Easy to close and lock. The men who installed the windows did a great job. Really nearly finished. Very good

I am really pleased with my new windows and doors and how efficient the whole experience was.Gavin who come first to give me a quote and Kevin who came to measure up once I had deceided to go ahead with the work, were both professional, helpful experienced and answered all our questions and offered advise on what would work best for our needs. The 2 guys who completed the work, Vas and Andrew were highly skilled and worked extremely hard over the 3 days they were here. They made sure that everything was finished to a very high standard. I would like to thank your team for my recently fitted windows. Delighted with the job and the windows look great. Finish was excellent with minimum amount of cleaning and redecoration. Fitting team Gary and Paddy were excellent, and it was a pleasure to have them working in my home. I have had problems with both doors since they were installed in 2015 Currently my back door needs to remain locked as when we open it we cannot secure again. As a family of girls we contact my son to secure the door when we need to open it. Fairco have not seen fit to prioritise my issue and as a result my house has been left unsecured when I couldn't reach my son to come and lick the door. Needless to say I am extremely unhappy with fairco and will not recommend to others The fact I have had ongoing documented issues and continue to have is totally unacceptable given the price if the doors

From my first discussion in the showrooms in Terenure, to the sales person who called to my house, to the surveyor, to the guys who installed my doors, I would have to give Fairco 10 out of 10.

I would recommend Fairco to my family and friends,as I had Facias and Soffits fitted recently and can honestly say the two men who did the job were superb.

From the first person we met when we went into the showroom in Terenue to the sales guy, the measuring guy, last fitter who left the house, whoever I spoke to on the phone or email with any queries I had, every person I encountered at Fairco was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and reliable. The best customer service and the best service from a company I have possibly ever had. Have been telling everyone to go to Fairco. When I have the funds I will be back to get full set of windows. This is the second time we have used fairco to fit windows for us.....used them last year for sash windows in the front if the house and used them again this year to fit the back of the house with sash windows coukdnt fault them and we are more than happy to recommend them which I already have to a few people looking to get windows in.....
