Already 21 days since i asked for a withdrawl (07.04.2020), they just keep telling me that it will be processed in 7 business days, but so far nothing

Still no money returned, they just keep postponing it with 1 week all the time, the payout date displayed in the account is probably just the current date + 7 - 9 days

I have also been waiting for withdrawal almost for 2 months now. Support keeps on telling it will be processed as soon as possible, but now those are just meaningless words. Nothing really happens. If your reading this.. my Account ID : 29054
For some time, I was satisfied with the platform, but now all seems like a big ponzi scheme. If there was any money, 2months is enough time for payout. Other platforms do it the next day. They should communicate transparently, maybe that could calm investors.

I am an investor in this P2P lending company for more than one year. Everything went fine while I was investing. However, when I needed to withdraw some money the nightmare began. They didn't comply with their own schedule and even after extending their schedule, they didn't comply. Lately they are applying a penalty for delayed withdrawals, but even so the withdrawals aren't being processed. I am teaming up with other investors to take this matter to court. Stay away from this company if you can.

I have been invested in Fast Invest for about 1 year and until recently quite happy about it. Satisfying return interest and I had 2 successful payouts last year.
But now they are unable to payout. Money that should be free on my account, not tied to any investments. There is absolutely no excuse for not being able to make that payout.

Update: Been waiting for payout for more than one month now. They keep postponing the scheduled payout date. Seems like Fast Invest is a ponzi collapsing due to a peak in payout requests from investors.

They replied to my review 3 days ago (see below) that they'll help me. Nothing happened. That is basically the same answer they give me when I contact the support. Nothing but meaningless words. Every time you ask them what's going on with your withdrawal, they say you'll get it asap. Well, asap in their world means more than 7 weeks and counting. I'll keep you updatet.

It takes more than 15 days to manage a withdrawal. Lower interest is better, but faster management. They don't give confidence

I've been investing in Fast Invest for almost 2 years now and despite all the "fraud talk" I didn't give it credit because everything was working great. Sales of loans and withdrawals, investments, etc.

However, I've done 2 withdrawals - one on the 21st of April and another one with the new 1.5eur system 8 days ago, and I haven't heard anything from them. I also contacted support but no resolution yet.

It's very frustrating, to say the least especially when you depend on this money to pay your obligations. Hope to see the problems resolved soon.

Despite, 3 week delay in payment, Fastinvet paid for all withdrawals I made.

I've been operating in this platform for almost a year the first time I tried to make a payout they just simply don't process it. They say it's 7 days. I've been waiting for a month (21/04/2020) and they just simply don't get my money. They keep saying that it's due the covid19 what's is a big LIE, once all the financial system in Europe has been working online. I'm starting to think that this company is a SCAM. There is no other explanation.

Given the difficult current situation I just wanted to say that, despite all the rumors about this platform, for me, it remains one of the best. So I would like to thank the whole team for the great work and seriousness that they have shown. Unfortunately, others have not done it despite the fact that they are supposed to be very good. One thing is for sure: if you go through this crisis, you will prove that you are indeed one of the best.

It takes forever to get your monny back they say max 7 days ! . Cant see my investments no more , ent statisticks dont work olso .

To this day I am not allowed to withdraw the funds I invested as a sole owner of a company. This issue exists since before the Covid crisis...
FastInvest allowed me to invest before all required identification documents were uploaded. The needed last documents don’t make any sense and don’t really exist in Switzerland.
Support either ignored me or kept repeating robotically the requirements over and over.
Can’t wait to liquidate my account somehow.

I've 17000€ frozen since 1 month and 1 week inside my fastinvest account. I requested several withdraw and they never happened, despite the conditions on the website saying that they would send your money back in 4 days.

Before writing a bad review i contacted the help center once a week and they always were very fast to answer but the answer always was "we have issues right now because of the huge amount of withdraws so you need a bit of patience". This went on for more than a month now. All the while other platforms made me withdraw my money without any issue in 2 days.

This can only mean 2 things:
1 - It's a scam and they are stealing our money
2 - They have HUGE liquidity problems, not workload problems, and they cannot repay the investors.

Either way i think we are going to lose our money here.

But since i don't write out of bad faith, if things change i will modify my review instantly.

I have been with FAST INVEST for 6 months now. At first you think and i think everybody can agree to that:" Is it really possible for a platform to offer 9-18% interest investment oppurtunities to investors through investing in loans of other people". But apparently it is. I have had in these first 6 months no problems whatsoever. I can confirm that every deposit made to the platform will be credited often the same day (monday-friday) to your account. All principals and interests have been paid every month back to my account. And reinvesting them in loans that you already have invested in or new loans is very easy. My account average interest rate is at 13.83% at the moment.

Im one of the many investors waiting for almost a month for my withdrawal. Same nonsense answers from customer service. No real answer about when we will get our money (if ever).
With so many warnings for so long, I think it was also my mistake to invest in this platform in the first place.

I started investing with Fast Invest a few months ago, long before the COVID-19 crisis hit. Making a withdrawal at the time was relatively quick and pain-free, but like other recent reviewers, despite having requested a withdrawal over 3 weeks ago now I'm just receiving the same generic responses from their Support Team. The last response I received informed me that withdrawals are dealt with by a different team and that the Support Team itself therefore has no insight into its status - a cheap attempt at evading all responsibility. It's also worth noting that I haven't even sold any loans early; anything I ever withdrew was principal + interest which displayed as available funds. I recognise that the ongoing crisis is almost certainly going to have an impact on repayments by the debtors themselves among other things, but the lack of transparency and visibility on Fast Invest's part doesn't do much for anyone's confidence.

UPDATE (14/05/2020): I received an e-mail notifying me that my withdrawal has now been processed, 3 and a half weeks after first submitting the request. For this I have given an additional star, but I still have my reservations about what might be going on behind the scenes.

If the delays around withdrawals really do just boil down to an inefficient and manual system internally, I can live with that. On the other hand, if Fast Invest is running into cashflow problems which could pose an existential threat to the business, that's a little more worrying. For now, thank you for finally processing this withdrawal and stay safe.

Update on the 02-06-2020:
I'm still waiting for the 20+€ I requested on the 1st of last month (01-05-2020), I was really happy that I got the majority of my investment back but it seems to get worst and worst every day. For me, the experience is getting worst and losing trust on the platform every day and I'll really re-consider to invest here ever.

Update on the 12-05-2020:
Today I got several emails with almost all my pending payments (except the last one of 20+€) been processed and also a call from FastInvest apologizing from the delays. This is really a gesture that made me change my opinion on them. I have been waiting for a long time and not having answers from them which in my opinion was the worst part, but also I can see that there was soo many requests pending and they tried to do their best to help investors. So I'm upgrading the rate to 4 because of this handle. Thanks!

I have been waiting now for more than a month, I have requested money from the 7th and still waiting for a total of 3K€ investment requested.

I have called them and email them several times plus contacting with the client support on the web but always I get the same answer.
"Sorry, but we got many requests.
I'll transfer this to the proper department.
We don't know the situation as it is a different department"

So on so forth. It seems that there were MANY small requests made and it was blocking their system and also making them pay an over cost on their transfers, which can be true and it is understandable but please send us some information about the status and WHEN will be paid out the requested money.

You are asking us to be patient but waiting for more than one month is pulling the patient up to the limit.

The best part is that they are answering the questions and seems that they are struggling with the latest payments but please don't treat us like fools, make public announcements on the situation and start sending the payments, please!

First of all as an investment platform its very good, easy to use and understandable for newbies to P2P- I have been using it for nearly 2 years. However the recent experience with delayed payments is very frustrating, there also seems to be very little consistency in how the payments are processed and in what order.

I have been waiting since 6 April for funds to be transferred, my patience is wearing thin to put it mildly.(Now 11 May)

First of all it takes very long time to withdraw money, then today the 10/5/2020 I want to withdraw just about 120 euros and they charge 1,50euros - it is absolutely nonsense. I have send them an email to ask for an explanation. Wait and see what they will say

I am with Fast Invest for 11 months now. I was worried during January crisis when envestio and kuetzal turned out to be a scam, however, Fast Invest got through this and I continue to believe them. Call me naïve but I fundamentally believe in p2p long-term. I am willing to risk it.
