It took nearly two weeks and SIX emails to get it delivered. This courier company is an embarrassment to those of us in Australia who actually work and try and do a good job.
Its not a one off. A month earlier same thing. A Sydney Ebay supplier I ordered from dispatched my medical device order same day Fastway Couriers. A week later no delivery as well. I sent multiple emails. It turns out they delivered it late to a newsagent nearby. Why?? When my office is open 7days a week!! And why didnt they tell me???
Don't use Fastway if you want your item delivered on time.

I have been told that the parcel is somewhere at the Perth depot but they are not able to locate it.
I also sent the pictures of the parcel to Perth Aramex office but haven't heard back anything.
Attached are the pictures of the missing/undelivered parcel. :'(
It is a birthday gift for a one-year-old baby girl. Sadly it hasn't arrived to her.

i called them and they said ...oh the driver said you weren't there..... i said that is a lie cause i was sitting my by front door since 9am waiting for this delivery... it was NEVER attempted.
NEVER USE this company. you get the run around from their so called "Customer Service" team - they can't be bothered following simple instructions, and make customers (US) go to some random place cause they are too damm incompetent to deliver their business model correctly.

Skipping forward another agonising week of slow responses, I was finally contacted by the courier who had been carrying my parcel. It turns out they had delivered to the wrong address and were since then unable to recover my parcel. Further incensing me, I discovered they did not even verify whether or not those they had mistakenly delivered my parcel to had any relation to me, nor take a signature. Even when they took a photograph of the address of delivery, it did not even match up with the delivery label.
I have never experienced such incompetence in my entire life of online shopping (and I do a lot of it). If you ever find a company who have chosen Fastway as your delivery service - I hope fate has mercy on you. Would not recommend to anyone.

Redelivery was organised for today. I have been home ALL day. I have barely moved from the table I am working at. My husband just went to our letterbox and there was a card saying because we weren't home they could not deliver the parcel.
It is absolute nonsense. They were just too lazy to walk down a driveway to deliver it.
Hopeless. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

No status update was given so the delivery couldn't be rescheduled in an acceptable amount of time. There are no phone operators and the whatsapp chat is just a robot.
After many emails including the sender contacting them mid afternoon Thursday we are told they can't be redelivered till Monday. A full week after they left Qld.
No apologies for not updating their system nor a phone call as requested to discuss other options.
It's strange other courier companies are still operating fine during covid19.
But fast way may as well not be in business
Completely poor service if you can even call it that considering they are barely contactable.

1. Notified via email that they were delivering this morning.
2. I am at home all day.
3. 30 minutes later I received an email to say they had attempted delivery. THEY HAD NOT ATTEMPTED DELIVERY
4. I was within arm's distance of my intercom the entire time. My intercom shows nobody had rung our intercom.
5. I went to mailbox - sure enough a card with little info.
6. I go to Amazon website - they shift me to Fastway.
7. Enter details on Fastway's website and they tell me that the parcel is sitting in their depot about 10km away and I need to pick it up within 5 days. I paid for delivery and I ambeing asked to collect something because they did not deliver?
8. I rang up Amazon and they said there is nothing they could do because their fulfilment centre without warning now use Fastway in my area.
9. I asked for a refund on the purchase - because I paid for delivery and it was not delivered.
10. I have closed my Amazon Prime account - life is too short to deal with Fastway.

one of the worst company i have ever seen. Before when their actual name was Fastway Couriers i could have given them zero stars but now when they changed their name to Aramax this company has even does not deserve 0 stars i wish there is option for -ve ranking.
Driver never attempted to deliver my package, and no one contacted me about the why they couldn't deliver to package. Driver picked up my parcel from depot on Friday late evening and on Saturday morning straight away left my parcel at parcel point pickup which is nearly 3 km away from my place. Driver did not bother to come to my place to deliver instead put message in their system no one home so took to parcel connect. i called customer care and informed that this is not the first time it happened. their reply was only one thing do you want to pickup your parcel or re delivery means another 3-4 days gone.

The last parcel I received from Fastway went to the wrong address that was my reason for contacting them as it was late I thought it may have happened again. Words for this company fail me.
'Your local Fastway Courier will deliver your parcel today.' The person I spoke to was trying to twist the conversation so Fastway were not in the wrong telling me I was not reading the email correctly, fortunately I can understand English.

I believe the driver is legally blind, as there are clearly legible things called 'street signs' that tell you where the street is. No help from support. No contact whatsoever to try and make the delivery.
Can someone make it a thing where if my address ever comes up on a fastway deliver manifest, it just get delivered to any other courier company that doesn't have blind sloths for workers. Ta.

I would like to complain about your delivery service.
1 A call card was left, without any attempt to contact us, no door bell, no knocking (2 people working from home)
2.A calling Card was left with no details filled in at all, I knew this was my card because I was expecting a delivery.
3. Your delivery driver does not know how to use a mailbox, instead of use the straight forward method of placing the BLANK Call Card in the easy to find mailbox, they decided to place it on top of a near by wall, completely exposed to wind and rain.
I am not going to pick this parcel up, as I have used a DELIVERY SERVICE , I expect this to be delivered as soon as possible.
If no one is home , please place the Calling Card in the allocated mailbox

2nd Fastway Courier Stuff-Up: Another order from Kathmandu, waited practically all day & when I checked the tracking number, it says that it was delivered at 11:11 am. Went downstairs and ourside to see where it was. When I called the Fastway Number at 2:24 pm, I was told that it was delivered to an address 2 buildings from our building and was practically told by Customer Service to chase it up, which was again left in the doorway, again, for someone to steal. The address in my package was correct, but, they stupidly delivered it to the wrong address.
Conclusion: Fastway Couriers employs Morons or Drivers who do not care doing the job. The company is not to be trusted to do the courier service.

First time we spoke to them, they said 5 to 7 days. Second time: 7 to 10 days. Third time: days quoted are only an estimate. Fourth time: item loss. They then wait and deliver in their own time.
When you speak to their representative on the phone, they:
will ask you to use the tracking system (why would we call if we had not checked),
do not apologize,
will tell you that you are rude,
will tell you that your consignment number does not exist,
will blame the sender,
will not call you back, and
will never take responsibility.
PS. Their opening times online show 8am to 5pm. Don't bother calling after 4. They take the phones off the hook (engage tone).
