One of the worst quality shirt I bought . Expensive and after one wash ( on 30deg delicate) the shirt not only shrank but look so haggard and white shirt looks so pale . Spent £40 on a short and wore it twice . This is a genuine review . Even one star is a generous rating . Never bought any shirt from them . You better off buying shirt from ASOS. Excellent return , no postage charges and half the price and last 10 times more. You need to pay for returning shirts . Save your money !

Brought some shirts from them and there is too much fabric just at the shoulders. Tried size S,M. No matter what size I tried all of them have this issue on all shirts. Returned them to back and then they returned them back saying they have been worn. I’ve literally just tried them on once to see if they fit. Be warned, if you try anything on even once they may not refund you. The customer service is very bad. By law for postal goods ordered online you should be able to try something on and return it for a refund if you want. Obviously it must be in resellable condition. Mine was completely in resellable condition and tried on only once. I think they may actually be breaking online trading law. They just want to grab your money and don’t care at all about after care or customer service.

Placed an order, order was confirmed, payment taken. Had email telling me item had been shipped, then email from the courier last night and again this morning telling me when item would be delivered (today by 4pm) Waited for delivery, at around 3pm I have email and text message from Father and Sons telling me order cancelled (no stock) and they have refunded me (this is after order confirmation on wednesday, shipping confirmation yesterday and delivery confirmation this morning!!). No refund in my account. Utterly incompetent and I don’t see how it’s possible for it to get to the stage of the courier confirming delivery - someone had to have known before now that this item did not exist, no doubt it will be blamed on a ‘system error’ but who was responsible for preparing the item and shipping it, and then confirming they had shipped it?! For someone to not have noticed by this stage just does not seem plausible. The person processing the order and then whoever was packaging the shipment must have known there wasn’t an item to be packaged, so why wasn’t this flagged up then? Instead they keep my money for three days and only inform me the item is out of stock an hour before the supposed delivery is due to take place. Its only a couple of days until Christmas and I’m not in the position to buy another gift without this refund. So my son is going to wake up Christmas morning with no gift. I’m heartbroken and angry in equal measure. No contact phone number, only email and auto response saying they will try to respond within 48 hours ‘but’ it’s Christmas, so I don’t hold out much hope in hearing from them or getting my refund before Christmas. Even if they do refund, no doubt my bank will hold the refund for 3 working days before releasing it for me to use, which seems to be the case with refunds. However, had this issue been brought to attention right away then I could have chosen a different item from Father and Sons or at least there would have been time to refund me and for me to have that money back and available to spend before Christmas. A shame as I’ve shopped with them a couple of times before and have been happy with the orders but this has been appalling and incompetent every step of the way. I will update if or when I hear from them and if or when I get my money back.

Clothes are fine, but they don’t want you to contact them if there’s a problem. No phone number and don’t answer emails but ... you can’t hide from everyone. To help others phone number is 01708 746606 Also if you paid by PayPal there’s another number just under the transaction id number on your PayPal page

Terrible delivery system. They don’t give you a date of when they’re delivering. Then I get an email at 10:35 saying it will be delivered between 12:10-14:00 so I get home at 12 and the delivery driver came at 11:10! Now can’t re deliver for 7 days. Absolutely ridiculous delivery service.

Bought a few shirts not long after they started up, but now they literally never have any of the shirts you want in stock unless you are XXXXL or Xs. There is an option to click on for F&S to email you when they come in which I have clicked numerous times but not one notification. I give up and won’t bother looking anymore....absolutely pointless!!!!!!!

They are pretty good at picture enhancements. Everything looks so nice on pictures the colors are super dark and noticable, colors really stand out but in real life color is so faded you have to literally stand like 1 feet away to notice if theres 2 different colors on a shirt like the polka dots ones. But in the pics looks like you can tell the colors like 10 ft away. Fitted and designs definitely was great but that's about it. The material quality you will notice is garbage. Shrinks so bad after one wash. The medium turned into xs size.

My first impression of the brand was good, so I decided to order several products at once. 2 shirts (white, black), long sleeve, long neck Tee, white sweater, 2 pair of jeans... I guess I didn't forget anything. Anyway, white shirt is just a carbage - it's written silky cotton but in my opinion not even avarage quality cotton (i'm in textile business for over 20 years). Black shirt is somewhat wearable, I like the fit. Sweater - so far no problems Long sleeve long neck Tee - so far my fav cloth from them Long Sleeve round neck Tee - crooked seam on the neck. So you have a feeling that one side of your shoulder is shorter than the other one. 2 pair of jeans - I would rate it 8/10. Not bad but could be better for that money. But what drives me crazy the most is that they write: "Made of the finest cotton & elastane for ultimate comfort/stretch featuring the Father Sons metal emblem." and then Composition: 85% Polyester, 15% Viscose. Not even 1% of a cotton!!

Look I usually don't post reviews, but I think this is a great brand. Yes, they always out of stock, but that is a good thing a testament to the quality. The customer service I don't know did not have a problem with order but from the UK to NYC in two days always fast. The quality of the shirts is the best, the fit is perfect. not washed any yet so I will be extra delicate

So i've bought some dress shirts from this company, the first one was great but then the others the material is completely different. I even inquired about it and they said its the exact same cotton, but it feels different to the touch. I let that slide so i decided to purchase two pairs of jeans BIG MISTAKE! . I followed the size chart, and i even went up one size and its stiill too tight. So i had to pay to recieve it in Canada 44$ on duty, and now that i want to send it back i have to pay again 20$ for shipping. so thats literally 60$ pissed away on something i won't even wear. absolutely unacceptable to pay for something you have no need for. not even a credit or nothing. Tons of other clothing brands that offer free returns. go somewhere else.

I cant say much about the customer Service since i was satisfied at my first order. The shirts (stretch) fit perfectly and fit exactly like mentioned on the size Chart. These shirts dont only look good but also are extremely comfortable to the point where it feels like youre wearing a normal t shirt but really its a button down. My Order arrived within 1-2 business days just like they Promise on the Website. I will definetely order again since this company solved every single problem ive ever had with button down/dress shirts!

I have placed Five orders and Two only where delivered on time. The Last one was not shipped out even though I ordered at 15.16hrs and the cut off time for next day delivery was 15.30hrs on a weekday. I needed the clothes for the next evening and paid £7.15 for next day delivery. The planning and organisational skills of this company are terrible. There sizing is also a joke, I ordered medium Jersey shirts as it stated to order a size down from your regular size as I am a Large but it was ridiculously tight. I had used a 20% off coupon but they stated they can not send more then one exchange out at a time so I refunded my order in hopes just to place a new order. I contacted customer services and they told me to send back my products even though I had already sent them back in. I got no reply after I told them I had already sent my items back as the returns policy was complicated and I just wished to have one of the Jersey shirts in a Large but I think it was too complicated for them to process. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to use for muscle fit clothes or any of there other products. You can get contemporary branded designer clothing (Versace Jeans, Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, Religion, Dries Van Nouten) with a stretch fit and better quality for a similar price rather then what Father Sons are charging and you will get your products delivered on time and some actual customer after care.

Considering you have to pay for delivery in the first place, which isn't even fast or next day as standard then its surprising that you then have to pay again to send something back. As an online clothing store it should be obvious that sometimes things wont fit or look the same as a picture and will need to be exchanged but we need to pay for the privilege of getting the right fit. While i'm on the subject of right fit, the sizes for these shirts as some have already mentioned is really weird and any size guides on their website are really poor. Which obviously then means you're more likely to send something back, because it would be a rubbish fit and oh look at that... you pay again. There literally is no reason for not offering free returns like every other clothing company online does, its just the company getting a bit of extra profit. Quality wise the clothes are OK but not great and there are better alternatives out there even with something like ASOS. this company is a bit faceless with no livechat or phone number so id personally recommend buying elsewhere because you will end up spending almost £20 on delivery and returns

Order a shirt for my boyfriends birthday, only for this to be 'lost', not sure how you lose a shirt and not tell the customer that this has been lost but still manage to 'sent' it to the delivery depo only for the delivery company to tell me it had not arrived. Yes they said i can re order another shirt... but not the same one as this is now out of stock. Massively disappointed, probably wont use again even though myself and my boyfriend have ordered multi shirts with them over the last couple of months! Gutted really, as they are decent shirts

I tried to order two shirts online from these guys and upon check out I realized I was goinna get a size bigger just in case , I didn’t wanna have to deal with the hassle of shipping things back so I cancelled the order within 30 seconds of confirming and got an email saying my money was refunded . 2 days later no money has been refunded to my bank account . Has anyone else had delays on refunds ?

Having retrospectively checked out the reviews, no surprise that their rating is 2.3/5. I sent back two shirts; one for a different size and one for a refund. They refunded the cheapest shirt, and returned the cheapest shirt (which I didn't want). They acknowledged that it was their error but their resolution attempt was extremely poor and they made no effort to resolve or to ensure customer satisfaction. Their shirts are not cheap, so you should expect A* service and they fall short of this.

I have purchased a few items from them but 6 weeks ago I returned a shirt that was the wrong size and colour so just wanted to swop it for the correct one but I’ve had no reply at all,they don’t reply to emails either,It seems once they have your money they don’t care so I won’t be buying anything else or recommending them to any more friends.
