This company is an absolute fraud when it comes to refunds. It has been 6 months since our event was cancelled (by the provider) where they advised a full refund within 28 days. I have sent multiple requests every fortnight; they have completely failed to address the issue and made no attempt to give my money back. SCAM ARTISTS - DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

This has been the worst experience while buying tickets!

I am here to say that I am a very patience person, because I have worked in the field of support.

So here is my story..
I bought tickets for a festival that was cancelled -> on the day the festival was cancelled, they advised us to contact festicket for a refund, because it is guaranteed -> I did by submitting a support ticket -> I received a reply ''we will get in touch with you soon on the next steps'' (at first I though ow that cool) -> weeks gone by, no response -> I submit a ticket again -> same response with additional ''Please contact chat, that will be faster'' so I did -> I get in touch in the chat with someone, I mentioned everything and immediately without looking into this case the support person sends me the Refund policy and said ''we don't give refunds, sorry'', I was soooo tricking mad, because they didn't give time to look into this case AT ALL, just send me the generic reply -> I am getting upset and sending in the chat that festival mentioned that the refund is an option, so they talked with someone and they confirmed that yes the refund is possible, so they mentioned ''wait for further steps, we will send them over in e-mail''-> waited for AGAIN week and zero response -> submitted ticket FOR THE THIRD TIME, the response I received (after days) was ''I asked out finance team to look into this, we will get back to you'' -> I didn't receive ANY response but after 4 bd (business days) I received an official letter stating that if you fill out a specific form we will refund the money within 14 business days .... I think you guys already see where this is going -> Surprise, surprise 14 business days gone by NO REFUND -> contacted support team asked when will the refund be transferred... the response I think is the cherry on top of everything this is the actually response:

This issue has been going over for more than a month now (still counting). People! I HIGHLY recommend buying tickets elsewhere, because they are VERY ''vocal''when it comes to ticket buying and payment parts being paid in time - all that is so perfectly made, but when it comes to refunds.... well you know already if you have gone through my long as* review

DON'T USE THIS SITE! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!

Cancelled my ticket but didn’t give me a refund. They have a completely incompetent customer service team and have been stealing money from many others.

On the website, there is a payment plan option for purchasing tickets to the Afro Nation Portugal 2021 event.

On Thursday, November 19, 2020, I selected the payment plan option (which is an additional $40) due to the option to breakdown payments. Upon checking out, I was not charged the payment plan installment price of $46.00, I was charged $343.49.

I immediately contacted the support services and my bank. Included in the email to support staff was a screenshot of the payment page which clearly indicated "payment plan" at the top of the page. A staff member by the name of Alex responded the next day, Friday, November 20th. He stated that I would not get my money back and that there was nothing Festicket.com could do (Including honoring the payment plan amount). There was no acknowledgement of the fact that I was charged the full amount in addition to the prepayment fee. Why would I choose a payment plan with an additional booking fee only to pay the full amount? That option is not even possible on the website. I feel violated and cheated.

My bank stopped the payment, but it posted on Friday, November 20th. I have filed a dispute with my bank and will take every step necessary to ensure that festticket.com is held liable for their unethical and fraudulent activities. AfroNation has acknowledged a potential glitch in the system as my complaint is one of many. However, festticket refuses to respond or even acknowledge their error. Instead they are choosing to hide behind Portuguese law despite being registered in the United Kingdom.

It is wrong to exploit people and take advantage of my hard earned dollars during such a difficult time. Festticket leadership and board should be ashamed of themselves for stealing from people during this pandemic. I will not stop until the error is acknowledged and corrected. I will NEVER use festticket.com again and I will make sure people's plans and experiences aren't trampled by festticket.com's insatiable greed and lack of ethics.

I was able to buy tickets to an event in Barcelona. I was able to use my phone as the tickets which was great as I don't own a printer. The website was easy and quick to use.

We found that this business has an active Facebook page with 156315 followers. From our experience this can indicate that the business is trustworthy and popular among people. We have discovered that this business has SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that this business handles your data, such as personal information or credit card details, with secure connection. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field. We found that this business has an Instagram page, where they communicate with their customers using images and videos. This is usually an indication that the business has some visual aspects that it wants to showcase.
