This time around my liaison was [Name removed], and again I received prompt advice and accurate details regarding finance and delivery of my car.
I have used other lease companies over the past 20 years and Fincar is the most professional and easiest to deal with.

It took me three calls on three different days for them to respond and when it all started she promised me that she can get me 5 to 6 % interest rate guranteed.
I submitted my and my wife docs together. Everything was complete with 100 point id and other docs. Then came her series of unorganised and unrelated questions not relating to the application. I questioned why u need them. Answer was that bank require that and she had put joint application. I know bank wont ask these stupid questions.
Then her mgr. Contacted me whether i am satisfied with the service or not and replied that i was not. No reply after that from.mgr.
After 3 days i enquirw to ask what happend for d loan application. Answer was no it declined two times. I asked how come two times. She said one initial joint application was declined and so she applied again in my single name and that too from the same lender and it declined too.
I asked her that you should hv some common sense that if it declined once for joint application with same lender and u applied again on my single name and it was bound to decline as it was same lender.
In total she damaged my and wife credit history by getting decline and promising that she will get us definite approval.
I called her manager who is General manager finance and left a message with reception to give me a call so that i can leave a feedback, but looks like the top boss is also as good as the terrible consultant like KAZI Anwar. Not to mention that she has an terrible attitude even after so poor customer service. I wonder how these people get Sleep in the night !!! No Conscious, no code and no ethics, commonsense and with terrible attitude.
To sum it up it was a terrible terrible service from the beginning to end. Never apply for loan, lease car or anything else from this co. as they got only one motto TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NEGATIVE OR ZERO OUTCOME.

Highly recommended and sooo much easier than the last time I got a car loan (which was through the dealer selling the car)
Quick, to the point, professional & friendly
Weren't able to quote through BMW finance which was a shame as I'd heard good things
