I needed to obtain private finance for a used car I had found at a local dealer. Quick search on google and I found Fincar. I spoke with a guy called [name removed] who was friendly, professional and got me sorted out within 48 hours.

Highly recommended and sooo much easier than the last time I got a car loan (which was through the dealer selling the car)

Ordered a full optioned VW Golf R back in March over the phone and paid $3000 deposit. They have ordered a standard one instead. I had enough of them and when I cancelled my order (keep in mind they have just ordered the right one on the 22 August) they are refusing to return my deposit. Reason given by them is that "the dealer (Sydney City Volkswagen) is exercising their right to the 5% cancellation fee. Talked to VW dealership and they were NOT even aware of the cancellation nor this fee. Let me remind you that I haven't signed any contract with them. They promise the world at the beginning before they get the deposit. Please don't deal with [name removed] nor the GM, [name removed]. They are rude and liars! Taking legal action.

I purchased my car through fincar after having an accident and writing my previous car off. Marko and the rest of the staff at fincar were super helpful and made the process so much easier. Found me a great deal and got it done quickly! I'd definitely recommend going through them.

They lost important information 3 different times that has now held up my loan going on 3 weeks.. Started up a business and relying on fincar to deliver was a HUGE mistake. Will not and DO NOT recommend them at all....

I found my experience with Fincar to be hassle free under the coordination of Anna. Anna was on to every request and found me the perfect car. She guided me through the process and assisted with the paper work I had to put together for my work. Basically there was no problem too small or too big that she couldn't handle. Anna went on leave during my initial acquisition and her manager looked after me during that time. Although things were not as completely painless as under Anna, Catherine still did an exceptional job and no doubt on top of an immense amount of other work to do. I am very happy with my lease to date.

Approached them regarding leasing xc 60, rep didnt had any clue on car price or how novated lease works, put me on stand by for a week and came back saying cant do as i am contractor

They are slow dealing with you took almost 3 weeks to settle the car and also very rude once your locked in to contract (when car is settled) worst company ive ever dealt with!! Also i dont believe they know what they are doing to be honest as they are requesting useless documents.. Never again!!

A Huuuge thankyou to Monique Y , There was no way i would get my husband on a car sales lot but with Moniques help we were able to get a brand new 2018 Kia sportage at a price $1200 Cheaper than being advertised.. Everything sorted from finance to having it delivered to our doorstep

This is the 3rd time that I have dealt with Fin Finance over the last 5 years , and as always the service has been fantastic. I can't stand the banks and also don't have the time to be doing all the leg work, Fin has gotten my loans approved no problem. i would have no problem in recommending them to anybody who is looking at finance for a new car.

The team at Fincar were a delight to deal with they answered my questions straight away always got back to me when i was busy and made my overall experience stress free.

customer service was excellent, was expecting interest rate 4.5 to 5 % got 5.99 more than what i beiieved originally,wasnt aware of some associated costs

I had contacted them for a better rate than my current approval of 8.20%. The consultant with name Kazi Anwar was so unorganized from the beginning.

It took me three calls on three different days for them to respond and when it all started she promised me that she can get me 5 to 6 % interest rate guranteed.

I submitted my and my wife docs together. Everything was complete with 100 point id and other docs. Then came her series of unorganised and unrelated questions not relating to the application. I questioned why u need them. Answer was that bank require that and she had put joint application. I know bank wont ask these stupid questions.

Then her mgr. Contacted me whether i am satisfied with the service or not and replied that i was not. No reply after that from.mgr.

After 3 days i enquirw to ask what happend for d loan application. Answer was no it declined two times. I asked how come two times. She said one initial joint application was declined and so she applied again in my single name and that too from the same lender and it declined too.

I asked her that you should hv some common sense that if it declined once for joint application with same lender and u applied again on my single name and it was bound to decline as it was same lender.

In total she damaged my and wife credit history by getting decline and promising that she will get us definite approval.

I called her manager who is General manager finance and left a message with reception to give me a call so that i can leave a feedback, but looks like the top boss is also as good as the terrible consultant like KAZI Anwar. Not to mention that she has an terrible attitude even after so poor customer service. I wonder how these people get Sleep in the night !!! No Conscious, no code and no ethics, commonsense and with terrible attitude.

To sum it up it was a terrible terrible service from the beginning to end. Never apply for loan, lease car or anything else from this co. as they got only one motto TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NEGATIVE OR ZERO OUTCOME.

I was helped by emiliana ricciardi she was great from the first moment we spoke. I contacted emiliana looking for the right deal for my new car purchase she ask for all my details which I gave and within an hour I was pre approved with a deal that suited my needs and that was music to my ears. Within another hour I was emailed all the documents for my viewing and my confirmation. As I work all day it took me maybe a full day to sign and return all the but the great part of that was I wasn't pressured to do anything until I was ready. When I did send them in I became a pain with continuous calls asking how I do this and that with the papers I didn't sign she was great helped me step by step with no change of tone. Then the big day came it was time for settlement again I became a pain kept calling and calling has it settled again with no change of tone I was told I will try my best to push it forward She was telling the truth I was settled after 1 hr.
Highly recommendable for there quick and easy service and I specially recommend emiliana for her high excellence and low pressure approach. THANK YOU AGAIN.
