Finest Flatware

I purchased 2 sets of flatware for my 2 grandson's and I was so please at how nice they were. I wanted to give them as gifts, and the presentation of the flatware was perfectly laid out in a gift box, and the quality is wonderful. I know that both of these sets are ones that my daughter will keep for many years, and after all of the use they are getting, they will be passed on to her grandchildren one day.

Customer Service not only recommended a perfect pattern after listening to my needs, but they also accepted a return based on an ever-so-slight defect. When I emailed that I thought I had received the wrong salad serving spoon, they immediately sent another as a replacement. I inadvertently ordered the wrong finish on my flatware, and a customer service rep noticed that I ordered one set in regular, and another set in satin, and questioned me about it before the order shipped. I really, really appreciated this attention to detail on my order, and saved me the hassle of returning the wrong finish. Thank you so much!

We needed another set of flatware to match what we already had, as we had lost several pieces and also wanted to be able to serve a larger crowd. Finest Flatware had the lowest price by far, with easy shipping and quick delivery. Highly recommend!

I purchased 10 Onieda spoons and within 3 months all 10 have lost their finish. I emailed Finest Flatware about this and never heard from them. I've had my original Onieda flatware for 15 years and the pieces are in wonderful shape. I can only conclude that Finest Flatware sent me a subpar product.

I ordered an Entertainment Set and a Serving Set for my niece as part of her wedding gift. When I received the shipment, it was all in one box, instead of 2 separate "set" boxes. I thought I was missing part of my order. The product itself was great, but I wish the presentation had been better. But the price was excellent! So I was very satisfied with Finest Flatware.

Disappointed that the flatware is not American made, and that full shipping costs would be applied to return it. I would never have made the order if I would have taken my time and known those two things.

I ordered 2 sets of silverware nearly a year ago. When they arrived, several pieces were missing. I contacted the company and was sent out replacements. However, they were not the same as the pieces ordered. They were much thinner, smaller and lighter..almost as though they were a cheap knockoff of the ones i purchased. Again, I contacted the company and informed them of the issue. I took pictures and showed that the numbers on the back of the pieces were all different and also not the same as the ones i purchased. I was told they were from different plants that made them..so different lots. She assured me she would send out pieces that matched mine. Months later, still nothing. I contacted them again and was told something about her husband becoming ill the day we spoke and she forgot to send them out but now she wasn't able to find matching pieces because it had been so long. No solution was offered. I spent nearly $200 on these sets as well as two child size settings and am incredibly disappointed to still not have complete service for 16. We will not purchase from this company again. I must admit that buying silverware based on photos on a website found me nervously unwrapping the package when it came sooner than advertised. With my wife looking over my shoulder, we were surprised at how the photos were true to life. Kudos Finest Flatware! Not only do you have the best prices and selection but your photos are very accurate. I will buy from you again.
