Was apprehensive reading some of the reviews, but I was completely wrong to be.

Great communication and great product.

Some people seem to want to blame the company providing the product for delays in delivery. Turn on the news and see that Royal Mail Depots were over filled for weeks around Christmas, clowns.

Overall I’m very pleased with the my purchase and I believe I paid a fair price for a good quality item. Despite receiving my watch within the expected delivery period I do wish the company would provide better updates and communication for customers who are expecting their products. I received a confirmation that my item had been ordered but absolutely no updates on where it was which made me quite apprehensive.

I ordered a strap for my ionic, arrived very quick. unfortunately I received a strap for a different fitbit watch, but after contacting customer services they sent a replacement next day. They offered a replacement or refund straightaway and never asked me to return the incorrect strap. I will order again.

Nice looking replacement sports Straps for the Fitbit. In truth can’t tell the difference between the originals and these replacements watch straps.. Delivery time was just within the time specified so I cannot grumble. Reliable watch strap website for smartwatch gear.

I ordered a strap which sadly was not really an effective design for my own personal needs. Within a few days I had been taken through a swift refunds process and the whole route was hassle free!

I realise that a lot of people put stock in the initial sale of an item to rate on, but there's a whole after-sales aspect that few people give proper attention to. Too many companies are keen to make a quick buck and leave customers out in the cold on service. I can say without a doubt the customer service and after-sales mentality with Fitstraps is brilliant!

Amy has been exceptionally helpful.
My strap unfortunately broke again after a month. I’m evidently not suited to wearing plastic Fitbit straps! Without delay, she offered an alternative to be sent with no restrictions on what I could have as a replacement. Fantastic customer service. I received the replacement and am wearing my Fitbit again, within a week. So pleased. ☺️

I needed to get a Leather strap For my Fitbit Charge 3 and the only place I could find it was Fitstraps UK and despite all the negatives on here, I took the plunge and I’m so happy I did. The email confirmation arrived almost immediately after checkout and my strap arrived 4 days later and I love the colour.

I Bought the replacement watch straps before reading reviews on here. I worried that I had been scammed and lost my money but I’m glad to report, they arrived this morning. Straps fit well and look great, no complaints. I guess people only leave reviews when they have a negative experience. Therefore I have left a positive one.

Ordered a strap from what I thought was FitBit themselves and though was advised in February that it was with Royal Mail for delivery, I still haven't received the strap. Ordered two straps from a different supplier on Amazon and got them the next day. Have I been duped?

Thought I was ordering a replacement strap directly from Fitbit. Replacement strap broke in less than 2 months despite several emails have had no response from this company, luckily I paid through PayPal and have contacted them for a refund. Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before ordering, terrible reviews and website looks like someone's house.

I ordered 2 straps form this company on the 1st January! Still yet to receive them and also yet to receive replies to any of my emails chasing for information!
I would definitely discourage anyone from ordering from them!

Ordered a fitbit strap mid february the website said 3-5 days delivery, so thought they had good products and ok delivery, then next week I emailed as the tracking number was not recognised at the royal mail, they said the delivery will be from 17/02 to the 08/03! such a wide gap of dates, so I waited tilll the 8th and still nothing, sent them an email either of my package or a refund which they promptly without explanation refunded me! so back to amazon again for me, cant trust these shopify shops.

So disappointed... I've ordered before with very little in the way of problems, several years ago. But I recently purchased and paid the shipping which advises it will be around 3 days, the item never turned up. I messages the company only to be left on 'read' by their customer services team on Facebook (which is where it says to contact for urgent enquiries). I tried to resolve with them through PayPal and they never made contact. Luckily PayPal has now refunded me but I'm furious that such an awful company is even allowed to operate 🤦🏼‍♀️
