I recently shipped my phone to Repair Labs to be fixed, and I couldn't be any more pleased with their services.

I received an email when my phone arrived telling me that Curtis would be handling my repair. Not only was I given Curtis' name, I was given his direct line. I received a call about 3 hours later from Curtis regretfully telling me the LCD hookup for my phone was corroded beyond repair. While this news was disheartening, I was very happy with their prompt response. My money was refunded, and now they are shipping my phone back to me so I can have it replaced at Apple. I highly recommend their services to anyone who wishes to avoid paying top dollar to have Apple replace their phone. My phone was unable to be repaired, but I'm sure there are plenty of phones that could be.

Shipping was a big big mess, leaving me without the phone that I sent in for repairs for about 2 weeks. Return shipping was also not handled well. Company did give me a partial refund, but felt I deserved a full refund.

I originally found Repair Labs when I had a water damaged iPhone 4S. I sent in the phone and when the phone couldn't be repaired, they shipped it back and refunded my money. I knew then they were a legitimate company. I then got an iPhone 4 with a cracked display and knew exactly who to use. The repair took less than a week and when the iPhone was returned, it looked brand new. Thank you Repair Labs for great, speedy service. I highly recommend them for any phone repair.

I broke my iphone 4 on Saturday morning, rushed home, found this service online, paid to have it fix and planned to ship the phone out on Monday. On Sunday a friend told me about a local service center that could repair it while I waited on Monday, so I had it done there. I contacted Fix-iPhones.com for a refund, they were TERRIFIC. The refund was processed within minutes rather than weeks like so many other merchants do. Thank you for having terrific customer service.

They replaced my 3GS glass..... Looks just like it did before the big fall. Their customer service was quick to answer all my questions. Once they had my phone they sent emails with updates and was back to me a couple days. Highly recommend them.

My iPhone 3GS battery expanded and broken the back case off. I couldn't find a cheap enough repair service till I found the fix-iphones full refresh service. Basically it comes with a new back and battery and misc parts and made sure everything is working (boards not covered). Everything went smoothly, I think the USPS is the slow one in delivering it.. but I didn't opt for fedex.. I guess if you're in a rush, opt for the faster service.

-The website for some reason didn't work well, everytime I try to track the order, it just log out and didn't let me track but they update you via email on the steps so I didn't need to really check

-There seem to be a little glue on one of the corner but it doesn't affect the phone so I dont care, I can probably clean it off with something, ill just email them and ask. I have a 2nd 3gs that Im thinking of sending in for repair as well. It'll be like new !

I sent my iPhone 4 in for a reception problem and three weeks later i received in back totally non functioning! I paid for two day return shipping and it took over a week once they were done expirementing with my iPhone. Avoid them at all cost!!

I sent in my tablet over a month ago. Still zero word from them. Calls and emails have gone un-returned. I would have to assume at this point that my tablet is gone forever. Avoid this company.

Just sent them an iPhone4 on Tuesday, and got it back with screen replaced on Saturday. The work looks solid, just like the original screen. Their price was very good, less than the cost of the part at other internet sites, and they do all the work. Most surprisingly: their service was excellent, including two calls before the sale which were immediately answered by real people, and a helpful email when they got my phone with the name and number of the tech doing the repair. I am very pleased

I placed my order Wednesday May 29th and recieved it Friday May 31st using their free shipping. WOW, that was fast. I purchased an iPhone tool kit, battery, and sync/charge cable. Followed the instructions from the online video to install the battery, and everything works great. Thanks guys, I will definately refer you to my friends!!
