We have just had a dressing room fully fitted out by Joanne and Brian. They have done the most amazing job, I really couldn’t be happier. They both have a great eye for detail and are both very keen to ensure that the end result is exactly what you hoped it would be. I would be delighted to recommend them to anyone.

Joanne and Brian did an absolutely amazing job assembling our Ikea Besta furniture. After failing miserably to do it myself I thought I’d call in the professionals and I am so glad I did! Great communication throughout and lots of really useful advice. They turned up on time and left our house spotlessly clean. Most importantly our furniture looks fantastic!

Joanne and her partner were absolutely fantastic, not only carefully and expertly assembling our PAX wardrobes in a way that I'm sure will extend their lifespan, but also in advising us on what would work in our space and liaising with IKEA to make what could have been quite stressful without them, an absolutely seamless experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them – they really went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We're already planning our next project for them!

This was our first experience with a flat pack furniture assembly company, but having bought two huge PAX wardrobes from IKEA, we thought it would be worth it. Flat Pack Monkey (Joanne and Brian) went above and beyond our expectations, punctual, friendly, hardworking and full of useful suggestions. They contacted us well in advance of the actual appointment to check on room access, dimensions, and to ensure the delivery company left the furniture in the room where it would be assembled. This is quite important for PAX wardrobes as even in they separate boxes, they are massive and incredibly heavy. Closer to the date they kept us informed of arrival times and what would happen during the day. They assembled and fixed the units to the wall. When they discovered that one of the mirrored doors had arrived damaged, they took it upon themselves to contact IKEA and organise fast-tracked delivery of a new one, and they even came back the following day to fit this last door!

We couldn't be more pleased. Our wardrobes are looking beautiful and are a joy to use.
