Flight Centre at St Ives provides a one stop location to always being served by excellent customer service
Today we were served by Angela who made our visit very enjoyable as we signed off on our first overseas trip in 20 years to tick a box in my husband bucket list to go to New York - she was able to ensure we covered all the relevant details to cover our health and trip
Previously day my daughter has gone in and was service by Samantha who was again provided excellence service to my daughter
previously I have had interactions with Todd again excellent service Well done St Ives Flight Centre you deserved a gold star - thank you

I have booked flights through your Beenleigh centre for quite some time now and J have never experienced such professionalism and thoughtfulness. This experience was first class and on going with gate changes etc. wonderful. ??

Libby has been great to deal with, understanding our needs and wants. She is thorough and prompt, yet bubbly and fun as we organize our trips. Couldn't recommend her more highly. Also, Flight Centre has a great atmosphere, where all who work there are friendly and helpful.

She has been there with me and for me right from the beginning of my medical journey over and back , over and back that many times, Tasmania to Melbourne since October 2018...
She goes above and beyond to help with my flight bookings. All the work is done for me with no hassle at all.

Our experience with Flight Centre, Concord was very easy. Chris was very welcoming and listened to what we wanted then came up with everything we asked for. It was so easy to plan our trip when you have people that care about your needs.

My agent Melanie Drennan from Patterson Lakes Flight centre In SE Vic was fantastic. She helped my son and I to book last minute flights to England in order to attend my father’s funeral. Jayden is one great detective, hunting out all the rail and flight connection and finding us great hotels. Certainly makes it a lot easier to work through our big trip coming up.

To add to that, his patience is wonderful, with all the problems I keep throwing at him, he just takes them in his stride and always very friendly.

We went to the Epping Plaza branch to make some bookings and we saw Monica Albress (Flight Centre consultant). Monica was fantastic, very professional and very helpful. Monica was very patient and followed through all our enquiries.

She went above and beyond to assist us and we we were extremely satisfied with her service and expertise. I will never hesitate to recommend someone to see Monica for any travel arrangements. Thank you Monica for providing such an excellent service.

Just booked a holiday with flight centre and the only reason I did was due to the customer service provided by Stacey Hanson. I’ve previously booked an overseas holiday with Stacey and have total trust in her recommendations and know thAt if Stacey does not know the answer to something then she is comfortable seeking the answers with her colleagues.

I walked into Flight Centre with my flight dates. I was flying to Vietnam but wanted to fly during the day. The agent was amazing she booked our flights to and from Vietnam and got us internal flights at an amazing rate which was comparable in price with a budget carrier but with Vietnamese Airlines a full service airline. Without asking she booked the internal flights at times I would have asked for and for a great price.

Initial enquiry and subsequent requests were processed efficiently and quickly in accordance with our wishes. All points were explained well and the service provider was happy to take the time to ensure everything was understood properly.

I have been dealing with my Flight Centre agent for 13 years and she has been excellent. We have never had a problem with any of our bookings and she has included free extras for us over the years. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and has given us lots of great tips on travelling. I would recommend Flight Centre for travel bookings.
