We put a deposit of $1000 on a Hybrid flooring but did not need the flooring for 3 months. Within 1 week we changed our minds and cancelled order, at no cost from the supplier as goods had not left the suppliers warehouse. We cancelled another order after one day and again at no cost to Floorworld from the supplier. We then requested our deposit back less a fee for fair and reasonable costs relating to the orders. The owner Fred Isaac refused to give us a partial refund at all. To keep all of our deposit of $1000 is extremely excessive and unfair. Do not consider buying from Floorworld Casula as they are not very ethical, considerate or fair when it comes to their customers.

I attended Casula Floorworld in mid-September and picked 2 possible options to refloor my unit. I got an initial rough quote as I had my flooring measurements and was happy with the service. I shopped around and went back to Floorworld as I was happy with price, time for install, choice of flooring and even the customer service. I went in the next week and asked the staff to get the original person I spoke with to contact me (They did not work the day I attended) as I wanted happy with them and wanted to make sure they got the sale.

After 1 week, no call back so I rang and spoke to the original person and requested to come out and do a formal quote so can get the ball rolling. Advised he would call me back the next day to come out. (I live in same suburb, about a 2 minute drive) So I waited another week and no call back.

Have now booked through the shop(their closest competing shop) a few doors down from Floorworld for $3500 worth of flooring.

Not sure why there was no call back twice but at the end of the day I went where the service was best, even at a higher price.

I had new floors installed last Christmas by Floorworld Hoppers Crossing and I must say that the results were amazing!

Having visited a couple other stores, this place offers a wide range of quality floors for a great value. The customer service was really great - Marie gave us an insight as to which type and colour of floor - timber in this case - would be most suitable for our home. We had the installment scheduled smoothly and the floors were finished in the day as promised. Nevertheless, our new floor looks and feels immaculate thanks to the floor layers.

I purchased carpet including installation from Floorworld, Hopperscrossing in Jun 2017. The staff [name removed] and [name removed] were great up until order is placed and money paid. They even promised to install the carpet prior to weekend which never happened. They rescheduled the installation 3 times citing various reasons. This caused issue for inspection of property. They promised to replace smoothedges which they didn't do. When I called them to clarify on poor installation, their behavior was very rude and unprofessional, let alone correcting their mistakes. Spoke to [name removed] who was really rude and threatened to stop the work. I made mistake of paying them full amount and I was left with no other option but let them do the way they wanted. People were coming for inspection, so I had no choice of delaying the work either.

I am not at all happy with their service and behavior. In fact they are expensive as well. I choose them as they promised to lay carpet sooner than others which never happened. Expensive, late and poor service. I would not recommend anyone to these guys.

After using this store for many years and many jobs, the owner moved on and new owners took over. I was verbally abused by them and sworn at for not being satisfied with their poor work and lack of rectification, no return calls - complete rudeness and disrespectful of long term clients. Steer clear of them at all costs

Only months after the installation, the scotia under the kitchen bench starter to break apart. Now, a year later, all scotia is completely broken apart making my brand new kitchen look horrible.
Mark, from casula Floorworld (who is lovely when he wants a sale) denied his company was at fault and it wa simple 'wear and tear'. He even accused me of painting the scotia to try and cover up damages.
He proceeded to email me hurling abuse in which I had to block him to stop.
Unprofessional. money hungry company. Stay well away!

12months ago we had our whole house laid by Floor World Caroline Springs with laminate and scocia costing 10k which we paid for up front. The scocia was installed so badly ...bent nails corners not matching. After a few phone calls and me being made to feel like a sook they came back and did some repairs. Then a few weeks later I noticed that when water came in contact with the scocia it puffed up. I called Floor world was again made to feel like a sook and was told, "didn't you know your scocis was faulty? " ....No I didn't nor was a given a discount for a faulty product. I was told to send a pic thru. Floor world responded to be with a a text message...."ha ha ha". I then got another phone call and the woman told me she had the same scocia in her home and she has no problem with it and I have to be more careful how I clean my floor and I can not get it wet. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have NEVER heard of flooring that can not get wet. I am now considering taking them to VCAT. I am so disappointed I trusted them. Shame on you floor world.

I bought 31 Square meter of vinyl floor, very good quality, durable and Dean(Manager) was generous enough to give me 4 meter extra for FREE. I am a VERY HAPPY customer. AAAAA, highly recommended.

Had my carpet installed by this so called company in March this year, I had been dealing with them for 2 months prior.
I was told end of Feb. it will be there, it still was not, they said end of March I said no I'll have my money back, they said they will give me a free upgrade to a better quality carpet which was not better at all. They were too lazy to come out and do a free measure and quote took our measurements and used those when we had it installed, we had to have a not so needed cross join in the 4th room as it was too short. Once it was installed 2.5 months down the track, the carpet had flattened and tracked. It's now been 8 months down the track and it looks like a dog's breakfast. As it was first time buying carpet, I knew no better but now I do the service I received was disgusting and the language from the store sales person when I finally went in cause I had enough with the dodgy phone calls was disgusting swearing and caring on is no way to run a business. Will never ever return. Whether was cheaper or not I would rather pay the money to receive better carpet and better service.

We had floorboard installed last year, they were helpful at first and got the job done. Now almost year later we are having some problems because it wasn't put properly, we've been contacting them as it's covered by the warranty, they don't give a damn about it. Absolutely disgusted!!!
