I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and what she received was totally different from what I had ordered. They outsource their florist. What was delivered arrived a day late, the flowers were wilted, the vase was cheap and it looked like something that you can purchase from the supermarket. After contacting customer service, their solution was $15 credit to use on future purchases and a refund of $20 which was a joke. I have attached the photos of what I ordered and what was received. Stay away from this company if you’d like to avoid the disappointment and headache. Their motto “At FloraQueen your satisfaction is our priority” should be discarded because their customer service quality is just like their flowers; junk.

I usually use Flowers by George. This time my wife used Floraqueen. The order was made 5 days ago and they said it would be there by yesterday. There was a confirmation that it was "should have arrived", but it has not. That is bad enough for 24 hour service claims but it never arrived yesterday or today. The closest to customer service was the number where you get a person telling you, with loud music blaring in the background, to fill in the on line feedback form. We did this of course and it just gives you an auto reply. Terrible company. Clearly they have nearly non existent customer service, take your money and run. Next call is Visa.

What a rip off. Paid fir premium and got sub par, different flowers.

I should have read reviews before I ordered from this company...I ordered premium size bouquet with a vase and spent EUR 91.90. The bouquet that was delivered was completely different from the picture and no vase was delivered. There is no tel. no. on the site, so I was forced to send a message via their web page. I got instant reply from the company stating that "quality and quantity" of the flowers is correct. I have resent both pictures of my order and of what was delivered, one next to each other, whereas anyone could clearly see that one looks different from another and repeated my complaint about the size of the order and vase. I received no reply. I have sent another message and was bluntly ignored again. Now, putting dots together, it is understandable why this company did not publish its tel. no. online. It's a scam profiting from trustful customers. I am recommending to anyone who requires such services to stay clear from this company, in order not to get hurt. I am sorry for anyone who was deceived by this company.

This is looking like a Phishing scam website that has covered itself well. they even have a Linkedin profile. Nothing delivered. All sorts of excuses by email. they even sent one saying it had been delivered and the recipients left a 5 star rating! Next excuse was it wasn't delivered as the address was wrong (it was not) and other delaying tactics. Their phone number goes to an answer machine directing back to the website. Google street view of their office address, which promises collection of flowers available, looks just like an office block.

I never write reviews on the services provided by vendors, but today, Floraqueen really outperformed everyone else … This is simply astonishing

This awful vendor (Floraqueen) was able to screw-up even this simple task and spoiled a Birthday for 10-year-old girl. Thanks to you, little girl will cry during her Birthday thinking that her father forgot that very important day in her life.

You do not understand that you are transporting much more than just flowers and if you are not capable on delivering on your promise, do something else with your life.
Do not spoil lives of other people with your ignorance.

I ordered the largest of 3 sized bouquets (Deluxe) from FloraQueen. They were delivered a day late, missing the milestone Birthday, and the bouquet itself was incredibly disappointing for the largest size at €85 (+delivery). FloraQueen believe this bouquet meets their standards, if I had of ordered the smallest size (classic) we would have received just 2 flowers. Only when I pushed for a refund I received a 20% discount off a future order. Do not order from FloraQueen if you want to miss your special occasion completely and be embarrassed about what your loved one will receive.

The worst customer service possible. Order was not delivered and no refund offered. They didn't answer my emails for a week! Order was placed promptly few days before the occasion. Then, I received email notifying it can't be delivered on day specified. They said they tried calling but there were no missed calls. I responded asking to deliver day earlier and asking about additional details. No response! Then, no delivery on delayed delivery date or any communication whatsoever. Then there was an email 2 days later that order is out for delivery and few hours later that it was delivered. But it was not! Contacted them again. And again. And again. Finally, they responded that attempted delivery was made but address was incomplete so delivery was not possible and therefore refund is not possible. No phone calls were made to me or the recipient this whole time (to clarify the address perhaps although it was correct).

The worst customer service (or absence of it). And the audacity to not even issue refund. They did not make an attempt to contact us. They did not make an attempt to deliver again. They didn't let me know order was not delivered. The email said it was. Caused stress, didn't respond to multiple emails over multiple days, ruined birthday present and in the end just completely ruined the whole experience by not acknowledging their shortcomings and unprofessionalism and refusing refund just making whole experience so much worse. I will be in touch with my bank and credit card company about fraudulent charge they placed.

This is an absolute scam. I have never received the flowers and you cannot get in touch with them at all!! Worst experience of my life!!cannot believe they are allowed to do this to so many people. I am disgusted, I cannot get my money back and I do hope with all the reports something must be done about them. Awful just absolutely awful!

This company has to be a scam. Ordered Flowers, paid extra for same day. Never delivered and never responded to multiple emails using their contact and support system

I have opened up a case with paypal to refund the money.

I ended up using JardinFloral.com who was in constant contact which is amazing considering I was getting flowers delivered to somewhere in Chile, when I'm in the US.

Always difficult to order flowers online and trust a florist to supply a likeness close to the picture illustrated.

The flowers were sent as a condolence on the loss of my cousin. They disappointingly dud not look like a deluxe bouquet from the picture I've been sent with the family's thanks.

Delivery was very prompt and that at least was reassuring

I ordered flowers on 9th May for delivery on 12th May. It is now 19th May and nothing!!!!!!! My money was taken on 10th May and I have asked on a daily basis where the flowers are. Today, I ran out of patience. I asked for a refund this morning but have heard nothing. I have contacted my credit card company to claim back my £81.00. Awful, awful service

He only reason I’m giving 1 star is so I can write my comments here. Flowers arrived a day late and not even close to what the pictured showed other than the color. Flowers are overpriced and twice as much as other online florists. I would never recommend your service nor buy from you again. As for your discount on my next order, you know where you can put that!

Bad experience.
Flowers were not delivered on the requested date, only two days later while you charged an extra $7.95 for delivery before noon. When the order was confirmed and payment made you had the brutality to ask for an additional USD 22.00 as the delivery address was further away then you thought.
As this payment was made through Paypal we got the USD 22.00 back.
Short comments: unprofessional, unethical, try another service the next time.

So they only seem to respond when you leave a review they was meant to be delivered today now changed to tomorrow still not happy with this and seeing a the reviews I guess it won't even arrive tomorrow if your reading this I want them delivered today I haven't spent £50+ for it not to arrive on time

Never received my order. They passed on the wrong Adress to the delivery Team so now on the day that it mattered nothing arrived. Instead of a nice surprise, a hugely disappointing surprise. Save your money, this business is worthless.

They have contacted me and told me that the item had been Delivered. Does this mean someone has my 60 Euro wirth of flowers and im not getting my Money back? Useless customer Service.

I ordered two flower orders for the same address on the same day. One arrived, one did not! There is no number to call, no live chat, your only the option to email them through their website. I have attempted to reach them with no success. Sent 6 emails! No response whatsoever! No customer service at all! Buy your flower somewhere else! I am out of pocket $100 and have a recipient with no flowers! So disgusted by this company!

I purchased flowers for mother's day and set the delivery date as May 8th just incase there was a delay due to high volume. It's now the 10th and still no sign of the order. I spent over $140 and there's been no communication in delay or anything. Also when I've gone to reach customer service, I have had no luck getting a hold of anyone. I would never recommend this company to anyone as this whole process has been frustrating.

Ordered flowers for my cousin in New Zealand as her Mother had died. They did not arrive got onto FloraQueen for some reason they said they could not deliver them and would give me a refund. Paid out over £60 all i have got back is £12-60 have sent e-mails to company but no reply. Not only is it very upsetting as my cousin did not get the flowers but they have stolen nearly £48 from me. Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

On 26 Nov I placed an expensive order for flowers to be sent to my best friend in Sydney for delivery on 24 December. It is now 30 December and still no flowers have been delivered and I am unable to get a refund. Customer service is appalling. They just don't care. I have never ever complained about a company before but feel so disappointed with FloraQueen that I just wanted to let everyone know not to use them.
