They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you refunds (so much emailing back and forth) rather than give you your money back and then if you don’t accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund.

Everything I have bought from Floryday has been of very good quality at great prices. Items arrive quickly and in perfect condition. They offer a huge range of styles and designs and they are just that wee bit different from high street stores.

I placed an order for items on March 27, 2020. As of April 24, 2020 I have not received my order. I contacted Floryday via email and within 24 hours I had a response. They apologize for the delay in receiving my order and offered me a full refund for the order. The refund was posted to my credit card within 48 hours. I will give them another chance.

I'm writing to update my precious negative review. Since my last post, Floryday finally refunded my money on 6/11 and I received my item on 6/8. They did finally correct and make good on their poor service, however, considering I purchased the bathing suit on 4/21, it took 2 months to receive my item and over to to resolve via refund. The bathing suit was average quality and although it looked like the pic, the material was not what I expected. My advice, it's not worth purchasing anything that has to come from over seas, particularly China unless you have the patience of a saint or you don't need for a special occasion. Buy local or within the US during this time. Save yourself the aggravation.

God knows I wish I would have read yalls reviews before orderingthis site I believe is untrustworthy lord knows they can swipe the money from your acct quickly but snail mail is what they should be called I ordered a blouse and a pair of shoes approx two mths ago haven't recieved them yet I'll call my bank to report fraud

Floryday has unique styles that you won't find at other stores. The only negative was shipping (but that was not Floryday's fault). Floryday shipped my order within 24 hours & it arrived in the USA in 3 days. The package remained in LA for over a month (due to Covid) before it was processed. Package arrived, each article of clothing was in a heavy, plastic zipped bag with no imperfections. Very satisfied customer and I'll definitely shop Floryday again.

Latest update - After weeks of frustrating chasing up and and absolute bull S%$£ excuses from these people and offered a discount if I removed my comments -which I will not! Customers need to know about these scam companies. I finally receive my refund for substandard customer care and ill fitting clothing. Honestly folks, don't bother wasting your time or money ordering from these people. If there was a minus rating - they would have it!!! Shop local! Theresa - Dublin

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes online on 3 April - received after 8 weeks. Only 1 pair fitted. 2 were too big, 1 was too small and 1 was damaged. Return policy impossible to understand, and no contact email or telephone number. Returned by recorded delivery to sender address on box. Received, but no acknowledgement. They look good value, but customer service in extremely poor.

I placed my order a month ago and I realize it's the pandemic but when I try to contact somebody to cancel my order or find out where it is I don't get any answers all I get asked to do is create a ticket which I've done so many times now I can't count and then I just get an automated reply that doesn't answer any of my questions they've already charged my visa so today I am calling visa and having them reversed the charges

This company is absolutely ridiculous. Find a different site. I was charged $108.36 two times when I only authorized one charge. I called into the company was told I would get a call within 48 hours from the billing department. I was never called back. I called back was hung up on. I filled out an online form, I still have not been refunded the money. Do not risk giving this company your account information. They are hackers.

My goods arrived this morning and I'm delighted to have received them. The tracking isn't great and standard delivery took 6 weeks. I did get an offer of a full refund and to keep the goods too but my conscience wouldn't allow it, I simply wanted the goods so very happy they arrived. I would order from Floryday again.

I ordered 2 dresses on may 1, 2020. my payment received may 4, 2020. it is now june 11, 2020 and I have not received the dresses. I have reached out to them on June 4, 2020 and was told only how to track my package. I can read!!! I then asked for a refund and have not heard back. Stating that it takes 5-10 business days is a lie. My shipment has been in Los Angeles since May 20 "delivered to a local courier".

Please be aware, there is an online company out there called Flory Look. When you go online to see the reviews for Floryday, Flory Look reviews come up as an option too. I wrote a review on this site thinking it was for Flory Look, which I have been having ongoing issues with. Floryday was quick to respond to my complaint and that is when I realized they weren't the company I was complaining about. Don't get the two companies confused. Flory Look is a terrible company to deal with. This is not Flory Look!

I have no idea of the quality of the goods as I have now been waiting over a month for my delivery. When I tracked it yesterday it says it has not even been shipped yet !!!! This is ,even with todays problems, an appalling service. I wish I had read the reviews and I now fear when/if the order arrives that it may not be satisfactory and retuning it, if necessary , will be very difficult .At this present moment I would not recommend anyone to use this company and may in fact go out of my way to actively discourage anyone from using your company,It is now June 8th watch this space for any developments.

Just checked my account, refund has been received. Not changing or deleting review or rating due to lying about me getting to keep the shoes when shoes were never even shipped. Will never order here or recommend to anyone. What a hassle! I placed an order for a pair of shoes for my daughter on May 17, 2020. Total $46.97. Immediately received automated email saying order received. This was a Sunday evening. Waited & waited. Finally on Friday, May 22, I received an email stating my package was out for shipment. Wow, 5 days to send out. Ok. At least it's on the way, right? Great, I've checked USPS & it's showing they're expecting a package from another country to be delivered to my address. So far so good. Usually only takes 2 to 4 days for the post office to receive. 2 or 3 days later, I check USPS, still showing they're waiting. 4th day I check, 5th day, still nothing. I wrote a review here on sitejabber about my experience of how long it's taking and asked if Floryday was a scam. Very next day I received an email from "Katie" with Floryday who apologized for my experience. Katie then states she spoke with her manager & to make it up to me, I would receive a full refund AND I could keep the shoes once delivered. But, she asked that I remove my review. Holy moly, a refund & I get to keep the shoes? Pretty awesome, right? I email this Katie back to tell her I accept her offer & would gladly remove my review in exchange for the refund, thanks for added bonus of keeping the shoes. The next day, June 3, I received email stating they would begin the refund process within 24 hours. Yes! I should be getting the refund in a couple of days, right? June 4th, received email stating they had begun the refund process BUT, it will take 7 to 14 business days. Say what? Hold on. If they take the full 14 business days, that's 3 weeks out. What?! Well, I have no choice but to wait so I keep an eye on the USPS site to see if they have received package yet. Still waiting. Teenager daughter extremely impatient & frustrated at this point. June 7th, I just checked USPS and guess what. The notification is gone. Gone. No where to be seen any more. So, that means they never received the package and are NOT going to be receiving the package. It was never shipped out. I am beyond mad. Let me give you an example of the way overseas shopping actually goes. I do business with a clothing company out of China. I place order. 2 to 3 days later I have a notification it's out for shipping. That same day USPS is notified to expect a package. 2 to 4 days later, package is received by USPS. All depends on day of week. 4 days being THE latest for the post office to receive. When I had an issue with an order 1 time, this China company refunded me 2 days later. 2 days. So, why 7 to 14 business days? Who takes that long to refund someone? 21 days later, there are no shoes coming and I'm out $46.97. After lying about the shoes being shipped, I highly doubt I will ever see a refund. I will update this post in two & a half weeks to let you all know whether I receive the refund. Y'all pray for me, I'm about to tell my teenage daughter she will not be receiving new shoes & I don't have the money to buy new ones now.

I ordered a swimsuit on 4/20/2020. Money was taken out of my account immediately. I waited 3 weeks and sent them an email. Responded with sorry COVID bs. After 6 weeks I requested a refund and was told no. Today is 6/6/2020 and now I can't even track my order. Totally unacceptable!! How many people's money have they taken? My order was 27.98.

Just trying to get them to acknowledge I've sent a return request, (6th time lucky maybe), is time consuming and very frustrating. They are happy to take your money but so slow (if ever) to process a return request. Heavens only knows how the money will ever be returned to me. My advice, if you like a project, buy through Floryday. It's a full-time job to get a response, head-alone a refund.

I had previously written a very negative review as, after almost two months, I hadn't received the item I had ordered and paid in advance. I had tried to contact Floryday several times, but got no answer. Yet, after my negative review, I was contacted and given the refund. Given these premises, I cannot say that I am super happy with Floryday and its service but at some point they really started to care - even though that happened only after the negative review.

Recently bought a lovely pure cotton tee shirt in grey, featuring a black cat’s head to one side. It is true to size, extremely comfortable and looks good with skirts or trousers, and it has elicited many positive comments. Delivery was swift too, so many thanks Floryday!
