We had a new boiler fitted last year by Flow right. Could not have done a better job. And they have come & checked up on it the year later.
Steve is very lovely & we feel comfortable with him in our home. He always does a great job. And Holly is always lovely & professional in emails.
Totally recommend them. Very reasonably priced too.

I used Flow-Right to remove an old boiler and water tanks and install a new combi boiler. Steve gave me great advice on the job and the price was really reasonable. Jack and Steve were able to complete the job really quickly once I confirmed I would hire them and having Holly to book everything in, keep me up to date and do all of the paperwork is a really nice touch - more trades people would benefit from having this kind of service as I did not have to chase once. Would definitely recommend.

Flow-Right have been servicing the boiler each year since it was installed. A good job at a fair price , as always.

I was very happy with the service Steve provided in replacing my existing conventional boiler with a new combi boiler. His advice was clear and concise, and he gave me the option of three boilers (so three different prices to suit my budget).
He worked very efficiently and tidily, and was particularly helpful in sorting out an existing leaky radiator, which had been a problem for some months.
Delighted to have fully functioning heating and hot water in my taps again!
Would certainly recommend him to anyone thinking of replacing their boiler.

We’ve been using Flow Right since 2013 when we had a combo boiler installed at our previous house. Ever since then we’ve always had them do the annual service on our boilers. They’re great guys.

We had our old Worcester combi boiler for 28 years and finally decided to replace it. We found Flow-Right Heating and Gas from the Worcester-Bosch website as an accredited installer who was local to us. Selecting Flow-Right was a great decision as the work has been first class and at a fair price. Stephen is a really friendly and knowledgeable engineer and the comms from Holly has been excellent. I would highly recommend.

I received three quotations for a boiler replacement and Flow Right Heating & Gas provided the closest offer to meet our needs. They were in the middle in terms of price. They did an excellent job and resolved some minor issues to our satisfaction. I would recommend them for this type of work. Holly and Steve were great to deal with and provided excellent communication and follow up.

this company have been back off holiday for a week now and they have still not contacted me regarding my boiler service, I left my number on there answer machine over one week ago

I have been dealing with Steve at Flow Right for 5 years,
First for my annual boiler service and after moving house a new boiler needed to be fitted.
Can't thank him enough for restoring our heating and therefore our hot water with a new Worcester boiler after the old boiler broke down.
Always punctual and thorough .He is very tidy and explained the new controller when the job was finished.
I would recommend Flow Right to anyone.Steve and Holly are a great partnership.Thank you.

Recently had a new Combi Boiler fitted by Flow Right and am very happy with the result . Was not a straightforward job as I had the old cylinder system with tanks in the loft and airing cupboard all of which had to be removed along with the existing pipework . I found Stephen McKenna and his colleague both very friendly and helpful and explained all the controls of the new system when they had finished . Would be more than happy to use Flow Right again when my new boiler needs it's first service .

I have used Flow-right for a couple of years now, they are always reliable, punctual, professional and keep to agreed timescales. I would definitely recommend them unreservedly.

New Boiler Fitted

From our first contact with Steven and Holly, communication was very prompt and professional. Steven gave us clear concise advice and recommended the boiler size that we required. When fitting the boiler he was very efficient, professional. Gave clear advice how to work the new boiler once fitted, and as a bonus the manufacturer’s warranty on the boiler had recently been extended from 10 to 12 years. He tidied up and took away our old boiler and removed a radiator for us. Brilliant Service, would defiantly recommend to family and friends.

cannot fault the service I've received from Stephen and Holly right from when I needed an initial service on my boiler right up to the installation of my new boiler. Communication was always prompt and on the day Stephen installed the boiler, went through the new setup and tidied up.
Overall would use again

Steve and the team have been looking after us for the best part of 10 years - full heating install, followed by annual boiler service and odd jobs as we've needed them - can't recommend them enough.
