Great service when booking as needed to arrange wheel chair for my Dad. Everything was as described, all the staff before and during the trip were fabulous. Thank you for keeping us with the updates. Will definitely book our next trip.

Thank you for replying my request for refund although I appreciate that these are busy unprecedented times and getting through customer service was hard. Finally can't wait to visit Disney World again and hopefully will get similar deals. Thank You everyone at Flylaces

I have received my cancelled holiday's refund after an email confirmation from customer service a week ago due to Covid19. I understand it's a difficult time and many thanks for your updates and advise. Will be back for an other holiday once everything come back to normal.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
