I placed 2 orders with this company. The first was for (2) 20 inch cylinders with 3/4 inch hole through the center. They said, no problem. I received 2 20 inch cylinders with 1 and 1/2 inch hole through the center. no response to my emails. The 2nd order, I placed before receiving the first order... my mistake. they got the sizes correct, but I had 7 miscut pieces (quality issue). No response on that problem either. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Excellent advice from expert staff. The new seat cushions fit perfectly and are so comfy. The best foam for seat cushions is High Resilience medium-firm and it's not too expensive. The website was easy to use and the foam arrived pretty fast with U.P.S.

I ordered a piece of foam that was 90 in. long. When we got it, it was 2 pieces glued together and was very noticeable. This foam was going to be used for a trade show display therefore we did not want to see a cut down the foam. I called and with some arguing I was told they would make another piece at no charge. A day later I got a call that the piece does not come in 90 in. length and that they would not be replacing foam and would not be crediting me either. I explained that no where on their site does it say that they might need to glue pieces together to get a certain length. They would not budge and just said they were going to incorporate that soon on their website for future orders but I do not see it still anywhere on their site. So if ordering long pieces BEWARE! Ended up ordering it from another site that was actually much cheaper.

Unfortunately, FoamOnline.com is the worst online vendor that I've dealt with in some time. Readers can check my other reviews on this website to see that negative reviews are only given when a company truly deserves one. To outline the problems I had with them rather than go into details, note the following things that occured with my order from FoamOnline.com:

- horrible customer service
- no communication with customer unless you contact them demanding information
- very slow order processing, with no updates regarding any delays
- no communication to say an order has shipped unless you contact them demanding it
- no tracking information is provided unless you contact them demanding it
- partial orders get shipped without providing any details regarding the remainder of the order
- orders cancelled by phone and by email eventually get processed and shipped out anyway
- website indicates 5 to 10 business days for processing/shipping - mine was more than a month

Perspective buyers, you have been warned. I can guarantee that I will not be purchasing from FoamOnline ever again. All that said, their products seem to be okay.
