I ordered 2 tickets for the community shield came within 48 hours . Great seats and great price compared to the company I usually use , will definitely use again.

Was skeptical at first because I did not get the tickets in the post - I collected from a man near the ground and only found out about this three days before. But it all worked well - got the season ticket plastic cards and handed them back after the match. Had to leave my license as collateral to ensure I handed the cards / tickets back - which again seemed dodgy but it all worked fine. Match was

I bought two tickets from Match Liverpool against Leister City via Fooball Ticket Pad. We wanted to see the Longside Upper Tier because of the view and didn't see exactly where the places are in the reservation. That is a disadvantage of this market place. We were promised delivery to a hotel or an address in the UK, but we were told that we had to pick up the tickets at a pub. Arriving in front of the pub, a "dealer" got out of a car and gave us two tickets (season tickets) in the Lower Tier, behind the goal line (Sector L1). We would never have bought such tickets and the view was unfortunately very modest. Unfortunately the rules of Football Ticket Pad stipulate that you can be rebooked from the Upper to the Lower Tier. It's a shame, we wouldn't have bought these very overpriced tickets if we had known exactly where the pitches were. Finally we had to bring the tickets back to the pub or to the PW in front of the pub. This is really no service for tickets, which probably cost 10 times the original price.

For us, Football Ticket Pad is nothing more than a marketplace for black marketeers, who resell the season tickets of Liverpool fans at very high prices. We won't consider this marketplace any more, the half-silk performers / black marketeers don't deserve a platform....

I bought tickets to a Liverpool match, Premier League. The customer service is excellent, always helpful on the Chat. Collected the tickets on match day in a collection point near the stadium and enjoyed the match! The only thing I didn’t like and the reason for 4 stars is that I paid for international delivery (£50) but it turned out the tickets cannot be delivered but only picked up.

Bought tickets for Liverpool v west ham, tickets came 3 days before game and I returned the cards after the game. Live chat was great to respond to people from ticket pad instantly about any questions

Bought 2 sets of tickets off them for Liverpool matches and couldnt fault them service was fab answered all queries as and when asked, responded instantly and seats were amazing! Would defintely recommend and will most defintely be using again! Thanks again!

I am giving this a 3 star review only because we did get to see the match,I suppose I was naive thinking this was all above board but when I finally got the tickets 2 days before the match I was given a list of what not to do from not entering stadium too early so as not to bring attention to ourselves.
As this was a special gift for my son this caused me a lot of anxiety up until we were sat in our seats
Also the price of £285 for 2 tickets which only cost £61 each is extremely expensive, my son was completely unaware of my stress and thoroughly enjoyed the match and cant wait to go again however I will go through cfc this time and can get the same ticket albeit just one for the same price for an experience day

Premier league away games are capped at £30.. yet this site sells them for £294. Unbelievable.

We purchased tickets to see Liverpool - West Ham play, and the date of the match has been changed 2x the past month. It was my dad's 50th birthday gift but unfortunately it has been completely ruined. As we are international fans, we could not afford to keep buying new flight tickets and emailed them to see if there is any way we could get a compensation. Then received a reply very shortly that said: "Sir, we are not responsible for date changes for TV". Well, first of all, I am a lady, and secondly, considering the prices people pay for these tickets I do not think it is acceptable to write a reply like this, and moreover who is responsible for compensating people if not the website who sold the ticket?! And if this was not enough, we had the option to sell our tickets through the website, that put an extra £120 fee of their own on top, so we do not even have the slightest chance to get back our money, because who would purchase tickets that were originally expensive and on top they put their own little fee as well.

Where do I start, FOOTBALL TICKETS HOME DOT COM I orders 2 tickets for the weekends chelsea game and first thought communication was fine. Money taken and email received.
Then a week before game I tried to contact them via telephone number advertised on there web site, tried so many time with no answer and always rang out!!
So desided yo use online chat, what can I say " after sales " is terrible.
To speak to some one was night mate eventually was told via online chat an email with tracking details will come with in the hour.
Waited 2 more days to still have no tickets.
Spoke again with online chat to be told tickets have been sent, my reply was I've not had email with tracking details.
Eventually was told they will be in post tomorrow this is now thursday 2 days before game. Over 20 times tried ringing them with no pick up at all.
Asked chris ( online chat name) how come no one picks the telephone up when I ring, were busy!!
Finally after I asked is this a scam "NO SCAM" was there reply I had a forigne gentleman who's english was very poor and to understand was very hard.
He was very rude at times , to the point were I said if I do get email by end of the day I know I wont be receiving them. He promised me it's not a scam just were very busy and I said to him fingers crossed.
I said I've got hotel ,restaurant parking all booked to wich his responce was we can have your ticket deliverd to your hotel!!!
I said you think I'm travelling over 200miles to sit in a hotel reception for you to hand deliver them lol.
Eventually two tickets arrived and we managed to see the game but my advice to the gentleman from football tickets home who's telephone number is London and head office in CYPRUS and tickets deliverd from Preston
If you want to keep the business successful then you need to train your staff alot better, customer services need to be top of your list as atm it's terrible.
Also tickets with price value of £60 each and I was charged £191 for both think that needs to be in bigger print.

The stress the whole booking through your business I definitely wont be coming for tickets again as it's not nice thinking you work hard for luxurys in life and to be treated the way I was is disgusting to be honest.
People shouldn't have to push so hard to get there tickets, if they hadn't arrived I would have came eventually knocking our door!.

last year I contacted footballticketpad for f.a. cup final tickets 2018. this was on the Friday a day before the game. I wanted four tickets which they got me without any problems. I paid fpr them on the Friday and one of there team met me at Wembley and gave me the tickets so my son and I and two of his friends watched an f.a. cup final, brilliant. this year we wanted to go see the champs league final in madrid…….wow wot an experience that would be.if I could get tickets for that game it would be a dream come true. yes its going to be expensive, but come on how many people get tickets for a game of that magnitude.i was let down a few years ago by a different company which I told ticketpad about as it also let my son down and as a father its not nice . anyway they said they have tickets available and can get me 2 tickets, this was a massive step to take again as I wanted to make it up to my son. well I orderd my tickets for the champs league final 2019, paid for them and football ticket pad personally hand them hand deliverd to us at the hotel in London before we flew to madrid. fantastic there they where in my hands 2 champs league final tickets wow. its the first time I had ever seen one. we got to the game ok and everything went smoothly what a titanic occasion for my son and I, Liverpool v spurs. the team at footballticketpad constantly kept in touch with me right through out the whole criteria, e mail, tx, and on the mobile phone. they all are a real credit to the job they do and can be trusted to there word. I have used them twice now and will definitely buy from them in the future. I bought tickets for Chelsea’s game Saturday December 14th. We got the tickets in time and the seats were ok.
BUT I was shocked when I read the letter which was in the envelope with the tickets. It said:
“Please find your tickets......” once inside just followed the signs..... There is no need to ask stewards for help!!!
If you unlikely are asked where you got your tickets from. Just simply say you were “GIFTED” the by Mister (male name) And that you are a friend of friends of that person”
That explain that the price on the ticket was 56£ and I ended up paying 121£ Per ticket. This is black market price. I was not informed about that buying the ticket. They write market price but it is unethical to charge double the price without being open about it. Will never buy again at that website

I bought 1 ticket for Liverpool FC vs Porto Champions League match.
Should have received my ticket one day before my arrival at the hotel...finally had to pick the ticket up directly at a pub near the Anfield Stadium....
Ticket was in fact a named membership card accompanied with a A4 recommandation paper in case of Steward control!!!!
Was never explained it was not a proper ticket but an illegal purchase of a membership card!!!
Inacceptable from the website!

I booked my tickets to see Spurs v Liverpool on 7th January and the game is scheduled for tomorrow 11th of January. As of now, 3.30pm on Friday 10th, I still haven't received the eticket. The customer service is quite poor. They keep assuring me I will receive a ticket and said I'll get the eticket by email at 8pm tonight. Previously they said by 5pm either Thursday or Friday, but I am worried this won't happen or the ticket won't be genuine. After reading some of the reviews on here. I hope I am proved wrong, but I am now very anxious I won't be receiving anything. I'll let you know the outcome later. I am worried this isn't a geniune selling site though. Watch this space.
UPDATE: 8PM I have received the etickets for my match. Very relieved I must say. Lets hope they're legitimate. If I get into the ground successfully Ill let you know.UPDATE. I was permitted entrance to the spurs ground. I had amazing seats. It was an amazing game.Thank you so much. A great experience.

Hi, fTB managed to get 3 tickets together for Chelsea v Arsenal at Emirates. Tickets delivered to our hotel day before the game and everything went well. Not the cheapest tickets, but only way to see the game. Would recommend again.

Purchased tickets for Liverpool v Arsenal - great game and the seats were fantastic - purchased long side lower tier and the seats were bang on the halfway line in block L6 - son was made up will definitely be using again!

This was my first time using TicketPad for buying my football tickets and I was pleased to get the tickets to watch Manchester United v Chelsea. Tickets arrived for me and my brother with amazing seats next to each other as promised.
